Negative experience: One of the worst gym. There are so many hidden charges they won’t reveal at start. 1 year contract is Pathetic . Even if you have to cancel your gym membership you have to pay a lot $100 + taxes cancellation fees , $50+ taxes yearly maintenance fees and last month won’t be refunded to you. The most hard part is to reach to the customer care. No proper and efficient way to communicate even if you visit gym in person. Not recommended at all. Goodlife is much much better than this .

Fantastic experience: I tried a bunch of gyms when I turned 50. I chose Fuzion with Eric as my trainer. I just turned 60 and I'm still there. There is something to be said for integrity and honesty. Fuzion is by far the most comfortable gym - home you will find in Cambridge.

Negative experience: Called ahead of time to let the front desk know I’d be coming in 15-20 mins for a gym membership. Get there and I’m told the sales rep is on his lunch break and will take another hour to return. Wish I was informed about this earlier when I gave them a phone call.

Fantastic experience: An array of machines to use. Some area's seem less used, perhaps due to the large layout. I was under the impression I'd be given a map.

Positive experience: It’s nice, has a women’s only but it’s not that strict with it, prices went way up and they cheaped out with the services they used to provide. Also it’s rlly annoying that they close so early Friday - Sunday 7 pm is too early honestly, Sundays an exception but that’s it. I only go here bc of the women’s only since GoodLife shutdown bc of covid

Fantastic experience: Ashtyn and her team are great, I visited here for the first time with my wife and we became a member right away. Everything is clean there. They gave us a tour and answered all my questions. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: So far so good I've only been a member for a week but I've found the place to be clean. Layout is nice. Tons of machines and weights for whatever you like. I had a question about the steam room which I got a reply back from Eric literally less than 12 hours after I sent it. Was very detailed and explained everything and left me with the answer I was after instead of another question.

Negative experience: Just like any other gym , gives you super hard time cancelling. Horrible experience. If you are just looking to start a gym , find another place that will actually treat you professionally instead of see you as dollars.not getting into details but if needed I will state everything one by one here.

Fantastic experience: As i m very new to gym. I find Fuzion fittness near to my house. I came here met with their members it was great meeting. They give me very great consultation about my fittness plan. They guide me very well. Now m going to start my membeship with them. My frist day with Brook was great fun she taught me so many things about basic exercise. And also Lee was very helpfull for giving me detailing about my fitness plan.

Negative experience: Originally it was a great gym. Then when I moved out of province and asked to have my membership cancelled and they refused to cancel it for me & began ignoring all correspondence I was trying to have with them. They were very difficult to get a hold of, I responded to their one email and never heard back from them again. Then tried to send me to collections after I repeatedly tried to contact them. Very poor management.

Positive experience: This gym provides guests with a variety of great equipment and amenities. It’s relatively clean and not overcrowded. However, the staff is unwelcoming, particularly the little guy with the big attitude, I can’t remember his name. Overall, I would recommend this gym to experienced gym goers.

Negative experience: This place used to be a good reputable gym. I’ve been paying them for years. My credit card expired and instead of picking up the phone to call me, I got a threatening letter in the mail saying it’s going to collections if I don’t pay immediately. I haven’t even been to the gym in a couple of years and I’ve been paying them free money and the second something glitches… They go send threatening letters. What a joke. They need to hire their old manager Joe back and bring it back to its former glory. Not a corporate structured Cash cow like good life. If they had just picked up the phone, I would’ve been happy to give my new number.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, not super busy and there are so many great machines, also very clean and I really like how you get your own cloth and spray bottle, much nicer than grabbing paper towel after every set. Definitely my new go to

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommed this gym to anyone. I signed up hoping to get in shape and feel good after having my baby. After a few weeks and finally getting a routine and feeling so proud of myself for going .. they were so so pushy with their personal trainers that I felt so uncomfortable I stopped going, and still continued to pay for this membership ( after paying the start up fee) until I canceled the membership…. Definitely not a way to run a business.. seems to be all about money! I am now out a bunch of money, so beware before you sign up.

Negative experience: It’s a nice place , but their policies regarding the members are sketchy . I paid the for the membership even I was not living in the city . Told them but they practically had no remedy .

They even have a boxing area and a personal trainer for both boxing and kickboxing. They even have a golf simulator and haircut. Thanks Ashtyn for being kind and helpful and providing good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Staff is so rude here, my card was lost and tried to call to expain but noone responded.then upon telling the manager(in person)they said its 30$ charges for missing payment.I was trying to explain but the manger was super rude and said you have to pay that.Will cancel the membership and will never recommend.Very Poor customer service.The payment was just over few days.

Fantastic experience: I switched to this gym after the first time visiting with a friend, the atmosphere is great, the music is amazing and the best part are the authentic machines and attachments that are hard to come by, highly suggest trying out this gym!
