Fantastic experience: It's an amazing place, nee here, but love all the classes and girls workout area! Definitely staying with this for long time.

Negative experience: Garbage Gym gives a very bad vibe right away , there’s a bigger sized blonde woman with really terrible eyebrows which she needs to fix before she talks to people , she should learn something about customer service and how to have a smile on her face and be appealing , someone teach her how to sell membership without an attitude! What a turn off she is ! Hire people with brains not with something else …..

Fantastic experience: Just signed up and this gym and when I tell you they have every amenity that you could need in a gym they really do! The staff were so welcoming and it was so clean and organized and they offer everything I am looking for!!! Thank you to Ashtyn for showing me around and making the sign up process super easy and answering all my questions, if you are thinking about joining this gym I would say you definitely should!!!

Fantastic experience: Fuzion Fitness is an excellent gym—spacious, very clean, and never feels overly busy, which makes workouts much more enjoyable. The change rooms are large and spotless, with plenty of space to move around. The infrared sauna and shower areas are a great bonus and very well maintained. There are multiple studios available for classes or for stretching and training in quieter areas, which is a huge plus. Great location on Hespeler Road in Cambridge—easy to access with lots of convenience. Overall, a fantastic gym with great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Signed up today so this is based on my first impression. It was a very clean looking gym that is welled laid out with multiple machines for each exercise looking forward to training here. Staff were very welcoming and everyone says hi and welcomes you. Fantastic experience: Ashtyn at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She always greets me with a smile and makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk in. Her bubbly, positive energy instantly brightens the gym, and she truly has such a lovely personality. She’s friendly, approachable, and clearly cares about creating a great experience for members. Ashtyn is a huge asset to the gym, and seeing her at the front desk always makes my day better

Negative experience: I usually find the staff friendly but the tall blonde woman is always pretty rude to me :/ going to the gym should be an inclusive experience and I feel pretty shamed to see her greeting others but not me for some reason.

Fantastic experience: I go to the gym for their yoga classes and all the teachers (Marcy, Lisa, Fred, Mac, Angela, others) are absolutely amazing. I am always so glad that I came to the class and feel amazing after. I am a bit sad that a lot of yoga classes have been cut down and really hope some of them come back! Yoga on weekday evenings was so nice to have.

Negative experience: “Women’s only”area yet everyone hespeler road can see you with the open windows, have seen males multiple times in the females area (gym staff as well), cleaning girl on the weekends will vacuum beneath you while your working out. (I was on the treadmill and she started dusting the treadmill while I was on it ).

Fantastic experience: For the last year , I’ve been trying every gym that Cambridge has to offer . I used to train at fuzion and thought I needed a change of environment but I’ve finally come to realize that nobody does it like fuzion fitness does . I’ve only been training here again for the last couple of weeks and I’m so happy to be back . The machines are innovative and well looked after. The gym is clean and organized. Fuzion is the best gym in Cambridge , hands down.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym ever. The daycare staff are so kind and patient with children and the manager Kevin is the best person in the world. His so nice and helpful and understanding. I don’t usually leave a review but I found it necessary to point out how wonderful Kevin is.

Negative experience: Terrible experience at Fuzion Fitness. The management is unprofessional, disorganized, and only cares about money — not the members. Equipment is outdated and constantly broken, the place is never properly cleaned, and they make it difficult to cancel memberships. Communication is awful; they don’t return calls or emails, and when you do finally get a response, it’s rude and dismissive. Save your time and money — there are far better gyms in the area that actually value their members.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Alex for over 7 months, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. When I started, I was feeling stuck in my fitness journey, unsure of how to break through my plateaus. But from the very first session, Alex tailored a program specifically for my goals, pushing me just enough to see real improvement without overwhelming me. In less than a year, I've nearly doubled my lifting strength and endurance. The progress in my workouts, especially in strength training, has been incredible. I feel more confident in the gym, and I’m hitting personal bests that I never thought would be possible. It’s not just about getting stronger, though I've gained a deeper understanding of proper technique, recovery, and the importance of consistency. Alex has been a huge part of that. What stands out most about working with Alex, is his knowledge and approachability. Whether it’s answering questions about my form or making adjustments to my program as I get stronger, he has been incredibly responsive and supportive. It’s clear Alex cares about helping me reach my full potential, and that’s made all the difference. If you’re looking for a trainer who will help you push your limits, hold you accountable, and genuinely care about your progress, I highly recommend Alex. My results speak for themselves, and I’m excited to see where the next few months take me!

Fantastic experience: Ethan is the exceptional personal trainer I worked with at Fusion. He created a workout program ,helped me set realistic goals, kept me on track, motivated me on the more difficult days and I ended up gaining some muscle while shedding 40lbs in just a few months at age 46. He is incredibly knowledgable about health and fitness and knows how to push you just enough so you stick with it. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would. Worst gym I’ve ever been too. Tried cancelling they said I couldn’t. Lied from the start of sign up. Wouldn’t ever recommend this over priced garbage gym

Fantastic experience: The new Red Light Therapy has been extremely beneficial. Great for sore and tight muscle. I've had chronic lower back pain causing mobility issues. Slowly regaining my mobility in the lower back and feeling less pain. Highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: RED LIGHT MIRRACLE! I rarely take time to leave google reviews but the miracle red light panel that Fuzion Fitness just installed has to be spoke about. Been a member at Fuzion for a few years now (the best gym around) and they just built a red light therapy room. I've struggled with tennis elbow for years and have tried everything available and nothing has really worked. I've been using the red light panel for two weeks, and my arm has not felt this good in a looooong time. I can't believe it. I don't think I will ever stop using it. If you have any form of tendonitis, this miracle machine at Fuzion is a MUST TRY!

Negative experience: ****HIDDEN CHARGES**** 100 dollars cancellation fees even if you want to cancel it within a month or after 6 months . They will explain you every thing in the 10 pages contract but no one will mention you these hidden charges. Please be careful

Negative experience: One of the worst gym. There are so many hidden charges they won’t reveal at start. 1 year contract is Pathetic . Even if you have to cancel your gym membership you have to pay a lot $100 + taxes cancellation fees , $50+ taxes yearly maintenance fees and last month won’t be refunded to you. The most hard part is to reach to the customer care. No proper and efficient way to communicate even if you visit gym in person. Not recommended at all. Goodlife is much much better than this .

Fantastic experience: I tried a bunch of gyms when I turned 50. I chose Fuzion with Eric as my trainer. I just turned 60 and I'm still there. There is something to be said for integrity and honesty. Fuzion is by far the most comfortable gym - home you will find in Cambridge.

Negative experience: Called ahead of time to let the front desk know I’d be coming in 15-20 mins for a gym membership. Get there and I’m told the sales rep is on his lunch break and will take another hour to return. Wish I was informed about this earlier when I gave them a phone call.

Also it’s rlly annoying that they close so early Friday - Sunday 7 pm is too early honestly, Sundays an exception but that’s it. I only go here bc of the women’s only since GoodLife shutdown bc of covid

Fantastic experience: So far so good I've only been a member for a week but I've found the place to be clean. Layout is nice. Tons of machines and weights for whatever you like. I had a question about the steam room which I got a reply back from Eric literally less than 12 hours after I sent it. Was very detailed and explained everything and left me with the answer I was after instead of another question.

Fantastic experience: As i m very new to gym. I find Fuzion fittness near to my house. I came here met with their members it was great meeting. They give me very great consultation about my fittness plan. They guide me very well. Now m going to start my membeship with them. My frist day with Brook was great fun she taught me so many things about basic exercise. And also Lee was very helpfull for giving me detailing about my fitness plan.
