Expérience fantastique: A couple of months ago, I joined SPINCO with the hope of fixing my relationship with physical activity. It's been one of the best decisions I've made. The environment, the energy, and most importantly, the variety of instructors have transformed fitness from a chore into something I genuinely look forward to. My second class with Keigan is the class that really hooked me. When he likened spinning to strutting down a runway like a supermodel, I felt empowered in a way I hadn’t during a workout before. Keigan's classes are a mix of fun and fierceness that make you feel unstoppable. When I'm craving a more focused, introspective workout, I sign up for Julie’s class. Her classes are all about serious self-love vibes. I leave feeling not only physically stronger but mentally rejuvenated. Julie creates a space where I can push myself while still practicing kindness toward my body. And then there's Martha. Her classes are pure joy, like a dance party on a bike. When I want to sing and feel like I'm back in my middle school bedroom, blasting Taylor Swift or Ariana Grande, I book a class with her. The music, the energy, It’s all about fun, reminding me why I love to move. The best part? I genuinely don’t have a favorite instructor. Each brings their unique style and energy to the studio, and it just depends on what mood I’m in that day. Whether I’m looking for a confidence boost, a serious sweat, or just an hour of fun, SPINCO has it

Expérience fantastique: Joining spinco Fredericton is one of the best things I've done for my mental and physical health. The instructors and staff are phenomenal. The atmosphere is so inviting. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I am so happy I took the leap and joined!

Expérience fantastique: I joined spinco back in 2021 and instantly fell in love with it. Overall amazing vibes. You are immediately greeted by friendly faces when you walk in. Great selection of music. The lights are dimmed so everyone can focus on themselves. There’s a short weight track to work out your arms as well. It is so evident that the instructors love their job

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely phenomenal! Whatever your fitness level, this is for you. The room is dark which makes it way less intimidating, and the staff was incredible friendly, helpful, and professional. Clean facility, and very supportive and understanding coaching; Brittany is exceptional. Five stars doesn’t even cut it.

Expérience fantastique: This place is unbelievable!! After my first ride I was hooked I knew that I was going to be back and I was, I rode consistently until I moved away. Everyone at the studio really makes you feel welcome and they genuinely care about your progress. If you want fitness that is fun, motivating, fulfilling, and a challenge, Spinco is for you!!! Love this place and can't wait to come home and ride again.

Expérience fantastique: The instructors are super friendly and supportive! Never thought I would be obsessed with a workout until I tried my first spin class, now I've been going for seven months. :) A wonderful place for any person regardless of fitness level.

Expérience fantastique: My daughter absolutely loves it here and says nothing but good things about the class environment. I haven't seen her get out of bed so early before for 6:00 am classes.

Expérience fantastique: Just had my first spin class and it was fabulous! I was nervous about being a newbie not knowing how to get on the bike, let alone adjust it. My concerns were gone before I even entered the room. The staff was very welcoming and ensured everyone was properly and comfortably adjusted. The high energy and support of the team was fantastic! My only regret is waiting so long to try it! Regardless of your fitness level, it is a MUST!
