Expérience négative: The venue cancelled our reservation on the day of the event. We had to scramble to find a new venue. I do not recommend booking with them at all.

Expérience négative: Nearly impossible to get a hold of the owner. With numerous messages and days gone by. Still unable to get a hold of them. Although their operations hours may start at 9am. They honestly don’t even pick up till the late evening. Still waiting for a response.

Expérience négative: The owner, Jehan, double booked the venue and lied about a "flood" three hours before our event. It's difficult to articulate in words the stress of sorting out a new venue, redirecting vendors, lost guest hotel deposits, and more mere hours before your special event. In hindsight, I'm surprised we missed the signs. A gym that operates as a venue on weekends to stay afloat while the owner moonlights as a realtor? You will not be getting any positive "Results" here.

Only 3 hours before the event, the venue cancelled and lied that they were having a leak (even though they double booked, I saw snaps of my distant friends having a party at the venue). We all got airbnbs/hotels close to this venue so it was a waste of our money as well. Please don't waste your time as they're not reliable

They double-booked an event and falsely claimed an issue JUST THREE HOURS before our scheduled event, leaving my family scrambling for an alternative. We all were in panic mode. But our distant family members attended another event at the same venue, exposing their lies about the alleged flooding. The owner, Jehan, initially insisted on the false flood story, later admitting to the double-booking without offering an apology or taking any accountability. Mistakes happen but their lack of accountability and professionalism was evident in their last-minute notification without an apology just shows if you should be doing any business with Jehan or not. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable venue. Make sure to get a contract as well for legal purposes. Additionally, having only one washroom for the entire space, as my many people complained about during another event, is a notable inconvenience. Save yourself the hassle and headache!!

Expérience négative: ‼️Beware: Untrustworthy & Unreliable ‼️ My cousins recently had a harrowing experience with this venue, and I’m sharing this in hopes that no one else has to go through this. Despite booking months in advance and paying a deposit, they were informed mere hours before their event that the venue had allegedly flooded. However, it quickly became apparent that the real issue was a double booking. The owner, Jehan, displayed shocking unprofessionalism, lacking empathy or consideration for my cousins' situation. Many guests had already made travel arrangements, only to be inconvenienced by this last-minute change. Adding insult to injury, Jehan failed to promptly return their deposit, they had to reach out a few times to get their own money back because the owner double booked. Imagine the stress and frustration of having your event space suddenly unavailable mere hours before your big day. I urge you to avoid this venue at all costs. Their management is unreliable and refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes. Jehan only acknowledged the double booking when faced with undeniable proof. Save yourself the hassle and find a venue with honest and trustworthy management. And if you do book, get yourself a contract.

Expérience négative: I was going to go to this venue with my wife to attend a event but had to relocate due to Jehan cancelling and forcing the event to be moved to another place, I lost my deposit and could not get refunded my hotel room. This shows extremely poor management and would not want others to go through with this.

Lack of transparency left us scrambling for an alternative venue. The owner, Jehan, initially stuck to the false flood story, later admitting to the double-booking without an apology. Poor management was evident with only one restroom for 120 people. We caution others to avoid the stress we faced. Jehan's lack of professionalism and organization, despite the business operating for some time, was evident. We received a call just three hours before our event, falsely claiming flooding. However, family members attending the same event confirmed the double-booking and last-minute cancellation. This put us in a difficult situation, resulting in additional expenses for guests traveling from abroad and needing accommodations. We strongly advise against booking with him. If you choose to do so, ensure you have a contract in place to protect yourself from similar situations.

Expérience négative: This booking turned out to be a real disappointment, and I strongly caution against choosing this venue! I reserved a spot back in January for April 27. But on April 27, just three hours before my event, Jehan, the owner, called to inform me that the venue was flooded and had to close for the day. Remembering that I saw multiple roof leaks in March, I took his word for it. Later, I discovered that the "flooding" story wasn't true. Friends attended another event at Results Fitness on the same day, confirming the venue was operating fine. It was clear there was a double-booking issue, and their solution was to cancel one reservation. Though I understand mistakes can happen, the lack of transparency and short notice put me in a tough spot. Instead of focusing on event preparations, I was scrambling to find an alternative venue and coordinating with guests and vendors. Plus, the hotels my guests booked near Results Fitness were now useless and a waste of money. When I contacted Jehan the next day, hoping for accountability, he stuck to the "venue flooding" tale until I called him out. Finally, he admitted to the double-booking without any remorse and shifted blame to the other owner. It's surprising how disorganized the management was to only realize the double-booking three hours before the event. And having only one restroom for a venue that is supposedly able to hold a big crowd only added to the frustration. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I want others to be cautious before booking here. Going through the stress and hassle we endured is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone else.

Expérience positive: Attended an event here and it was very spacious. The two floors definitely helped towards dispersing the guests. The washroom situation was very very inconvenient. To my knowledge there was just one single washroom that had to be shared amongst all the guests, for that reason alone this "venue" is lower on my scale. Aside from that, the space was large enough and open enough to have a dance floor with plenty of room to have fun!

Expérience négative: I rented Results Fitness to throw a birthday party for my husband and it was a terrible experience! This venue was booked a month prior to the event. At the time we booked the place we were told that we are allowed to have a maximum capacity of 50 people and a $200 screener (which we paid for) will be there to check temperature due to Covid. On the day off the party my guests were refused entrance because they did not have the their second vaccine shot. Now I understand that a second vaccine shot has recently become a requirement for places such as restaurants, movies, etc. A venue booked for a birthday party and going to eat at a place is not the same thing. A person has to be option to choose a different restaurant at the time of being refused entrance but a venue can not be changed last minute. Considering this venue was booked well in advance and the guest were invited 1 month ago you would think the owner Jehan would atleast have the responsibility to contact the host and inform them that all the guests need to have 2 shots to enter. Had he done so ahead of time, I would’ve just uninvited the individuals who did not have their second shot ahead of time so they don’t waste their time commuting long distances. When I questioned Jehan why he didn’t notify me earlier so that 1. I either had the option to change venues or 2. Disinvite the few people that did not have their second vaccine, his immediate solution was to shut down the party and he’ll return the payment. If he was to shut down the party there goes the deposit $800 for the hall(not the payment for the hall), the $700 kottu station, $300 light up numbers, $200 for the screener and balloon arch which took us 1 hour to assemble. So overall the one star is only because the place itself is nice. But other than that the owner is irresponsible and there is zero communication and when you ask questions you get rude, ignorant answers. Not to mention the screener checks in on the party whenever she feels like it. The hassle is not worth it. Had I known ahead of time how much of a headache this would turn out to be I wouldn’t have booked the place.

Expérience fantastique: Jehan is a great instructor that pushes you to reach your goals; both fitness and eating. Very supportive and always changing up routines so that you’re never bored. Worth every penny, you won’t be disappointed!
