Expérience fantastique: Recently joined this gym at the beginning of February. The staff is absolutely amazing, patient, welcoming, and friendly. The gym is always very clean and there is never a shortage of towels, cleaning supplies, or hand sanitizer. The gym members are equally as amazing as the gym staff. I have been to A LOT of gyms over my 10 year fitness journey, and I say with confidence this is a great gym with great people, highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: I have been going back to this gym since new owners took over. I am so happy with how it is running and the new renovations. Always kept clean and tidy. They have everything you could ask for like training room, cardio, free weight area, and plate loaded machines. People are also very nice, feels like a community.

The staff was extremely helpful and this location had all the equipment I was looking for. Additionally, they follow COVID rules and there was only about 4 people when I went in. Expérience fantastique: Since the revamp this place has changed so much! The facility is clean & has a really smart member sign in system so you feel safe & secure while working out. I met Julie yesterday and she was fab! She was very welcoming & you can tell that she loves her job. Because this gym is 24-hours, it offers members flexibilty to workout anytime so you dont have to worry about booking your time slot. Highly recommended! :)

Expérience fantastique: Been working out here since Oct 2019, there has been a change in management and major upgrades. Rick & Julie make this gym feel like home! They create a warm welcoming vibe. The gym is NEVER crowded when I go 7am -4pm. All policies and restrictions are followed. The gym is cleaner than whistle! Staff are constantly scrubbing down the machines. Sanitizers, disinfectant spray and disinfectant wipes at every station. I truly believe they should remain open during the pandemic. Its a HEALTH club and people dealing with stress, anxiety and depression need the gym.

There is lots of new equipment and they have redone lots of the place and the new staff are so helpful and nice! I would highly recommend this gym to anybody!

Expérience fantastique: Gym is going through significant improvements under the new management. Missing equipment and weights have been replaced. I talked to Julie and she's incredibly friendly and upfront about everything. Under old management I had to call and deal with multiple hidden fees that I was being charged.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym lots of equipment tons of space which I loved. I've been to a few other any times and they had very limited space and equipment and mats. This one has tons of mats and all the equipment I need for my fitness goals. Staff is very friendly and trainers are amazing I've been going here since they opened and I've never thought about changing this gym because I love it and I love that the change rooms are individual rooms with showers so you don't have to go through the fear of changing with other people. I don't know why others above do not like this place maybe it's just the free loaders but price is very reasonable also. I give this a 5 star
