Expérience fantastique: I hired Helena & Jeenat to help my daughter prepare for the various fitness requirements in the Canadian Armed Forces (FORCES test, PPT, etc), as well as with general strength & fitness training throughout the rugby season. We have been extremely happy with the training, and my daughter leaves for Basic this summer fully prepared. They have also provided me with an opportunity to work on my own fitness, which I hope to continue. This is a hardworking family who are committed to their clients' success, and I highly recommend them.

Expérience négative: I joined the club and went for a week and i didn't like it i gave him 1500 dollars and he didn't even refunded some of my money
Hey, we have not had new members in quite some time, and certainly not one with this name or last name. We also haven’t had anyone pay us 1500$ given that most members had paid us prior to or at the start of the covid restrictions lift. We understand that life can be frustrating, but we are sure that you can find a better hobby than to leave fake reviews, or maybe next time actually give us the $1500 before you leave a fake review so it’s worth our while :) again if you’d like a real hobby, feel free to drop by!
