Expérience fantastique: Started here at WKX a few months ago. Have learned a lot, warm greetings from the owner every time I step foot into the gym, and all the other coaches are great as well. I have no complaints. 10/10.

Expérience négative: I wish I didnt have to leave this review as overall, the gym and owners are great. But unfortunately, there is one specific coach (Jameel) who has completely ruined my son’s experience at this place and needs a review of his own. Jameel is neither a kind or supportive coach, who uses humiliation tactics to bring down his students. Students should be supported and treated with respect and humility, rather than be made fun of. I am disheartened to know that such people are hired to work with youth and generally people who come to feel better and are not looking to be emotionally abused. Owners- I kindly ask you to reevaluate the coaches you hire. My son has stopped attending his sessions to avoid seeing this coach, and I am sure that many more have stopped attending due to the same reasons.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym!! One of the best out there if not the. Excellent instruction with great classes always learning something and getting a great workout in and becoming a stronger and fitter and healthier you.

The coach teaches techniques that are straight and to the point, and the gym has a very welcoming atmosphere. Expérience fantastique: Best gym in town for martial arts training !! Trainers are very knowledgeable and always their to help. I am hooked to this place probably the best place I visit in my everyday routine. And the plus point is you get the chance to meet top class fighters.

Expérience négative: Absolutely hopeless customer service. Membership and cancellation policies are so NOT user friendly. I had to call for 6 months continuously before I could get it cancelled (only if it has been cancelled now). They kept charging my credit card for six months continuously even though I kept on calling to request to stop. I wasn't going there since last year.

Expérience fantastique: Wkx is easily the best kickboxing gym in the area. Place is always well kept, clean and the instructors are next to none.

Expérience négative: Hate to be the first bad review but I didn't have a good experience here. I signed up for my first muay thai beginner class which wasn't free; other gym usually have a free class. I go in and the place looks a little shady to get in atleast at night where the entrance light to the gym were off. I go into the class and everything smelled giving me the impression that things are not clean there. I didn't feel like instructor was giving his full passion instructing us, while he was giving the class proper things to work on, my experience with other gyms compared this one was mediocre at best.

The instructors are all awesome people to learn from, the fellow students are all great, and it's a top-notch quality studio. Highly recommended if you're looking to get fit, get good instruction, and meet cool like-minded people.

Expérience fantastique: Visiting from Toronto and dropped in on the BJJ/MMA classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Dion Wu is a fantastic coach and is very knowledgeable. He goes at the perfect pace. Classes are good mix of drilling and sparring. Highly recommend his classes, he's great.

Expérience fantastique: Great gym to learn, practice technique, and weight lift. One of the few gyms in the GVRD where you can come and practice any time (as opposed to having to take classes). Also full of great fighters who are happy to take the time to share some tips/answer questions you have about ways to improve!

Expérience fantastique: This is one of the very best gyms there is. I moved up from California specifically to train here. I still live in the states and make the drive 4-5 days a week to train here. I've trained and traveled to many different gyms and experienced all sorts of training programs and WKX is absolutely top notch. If you want to become a fighter, WKX has a great track record of competitors, but if you're just coming in to get in shape, this is the place for you. Maybe you've put on some weight over the years and are looking to get back in shape, or perhaps just had a baby and are looking to get your body back, WKX will give you a fun workout that will also have you making progress in a new skill, not to mention learning how to defend yourself. Stop in and check them out, they have extremely reasonable rates and are much cheaper than other gyms. There is no argument as far as the value of the membership.
