Expérience négative: I called in many times for the deactivation of my membership but got no solution at all. Keep charging me till the date.

Expérience fantastique: In town for the weekend and was looking for somewhere to get my workouts in. Was not disappointed, got everything you need but most important the vibe and energy was on point. Didn't think I was gonna get that good of a work out in but the guys at Level Up definitely had me self motivatiing myself to push it. Will be my gym away from gym anytime I'm in Surrey.

Expérience fantastique: This gym is like no other gym I have seen! The people at this gym are super nice, you have all the equipment you could ever need for your workouts. The dumbbells, ezbar, straight bar, all go up to 110. Most other gyms dont have that, the owner and staff put a lot of work to make this gym amazing for the people that come here. Thank you

Expérience fantastique: Best gym in surrey . I am competitive athlete I competed so many times I won mr world , mr universe and so many . This is the best place for workout . Machines , washrooms , floors every thing is super clean

Expérience positive: The gym equipment needs to be cleaned every day or have some housekeeping. Garbage is never emptied and machines are never wiped down after use. There is no water station to fill your water bottom nor is there a bathroom to change your clothes or shower. There are tvs on the walls but they don't work nor the ones on the machines. The only things is they blast Punjabi songs on the stereo. The people who work there are nice and easy to work with.

Expérience fantastique: After three years of training at a big box gym, I decided to explore other gyms. I signed up for the two days free trial, and I found myself quite enjoying the experience at Level Up Fitness Club. After my experience, I didn't want to return to my previous gym. I dropped in at Level Up Fitness Club for a few more times and ended up purchasing the monthly membership. The gym is bright, organized, clean, decorated with cool artwork, and has all the essential equipment. Best of all, the gym is open 24/7, which is great if you train late in the evenings like myself. Customer service is also friendly and efficient. Lastly, it's always a nice bonus to support a local family owned business.
