Expérience positive: I am a long time member. But I am very disappointed with the management of this facility. We need more of light weight dumbbells of 10 and 12 pounds. I have been asking for them for a year or so. But nothing is done. Lot of senior women come to the gym, not all of them need heavy weights. Overall staff is okay... but service can be improved and make all members happy.

It was my very first time stepping into a fitness club, and what initially drew me in was the fact that it’s an all-women’s gym. This creates such a comfortable and supportive environment where you can truly focus on yourself without feeling self-conscious. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the cleanliness, the warm and friendly staff, and the overall positive energy. Expérience négative: I’ve been a member here since 2012 and am sad to be having to leave. This gym is way too small for what they are trying to use it for. There is literally no room to work out. Despite it being small, they heavily market buying their personal training. The personal trainers will take up a great amount of room to setup their circuits. You’ll then have to wait for equipment. This review is not for the staff/personal trainers of this gym as they are simply doing their jobs. However, I hope it gets forwarded to those making the official decisions as this needs their attention. Perhaps looking into a bigger space? I highly recommend not signing up if you’re looking for a new gym.

Expérience négative: Extremely frustrating gym, I took personal training sessions back in April. I took 24 sessions in total. My trainer was ok, however the gym keeps taxing me for the sesssions even though they’re done now. I made all of my payments on time, however some become overdue because of a glitch in the system?! Iv told the girls at the front desk multiple times that I have this issue and yet they still make me pay extra for it and ignore my concerns. They tell me it’s not my fault but then also tell me I need to pay they won’t explain anything to me all I get told is the “fitness manager” will say the same thing or to “contact my bank”. Every week I get told I have 2 or 3 or 4 payments left, it changes per week. Each girl at the front desk tells me something different, one says one think the other another thing. On top of that they have certain policies in place and have access to everything yet continue to lie by saying they can’t do anything about it and it’s frustrating. You would need the staff to contact customer service. On top of that they refused to let me come to the gym and workout because of a over due payment that I was never aware or told about. They never mentioned these policies to me before I only got told this policy today and Iv been a member for more than a year. Please if someone could give me head office’s contact info I would like to talk to them myself

Expérience fantastique: I am someone who suffers from chronic pain, which has always impacted my ability to maintain a consistent workout schedule, but since I have been working with trainer Tracy C., I have felt so much better. My planters has pretty much gone away, my back and neck pain are so much better, she's also helped with my ankles, wrists and shoulders! She is amazing!!! Thank you, Tracy!!

Expérience négative: I decided to rejoin this gym in 2023 after an absence of about 4 years, and have things ever changed. At reception young female workers stand around and just talk. On a regular basis the tv's on a number of exercise machines don't work, as well as some of the exercise machines. When I asked for help with any of the tv's on the machines the workers don't know how to operate them. All the group classes have disappeared and personal trainers are your only option at an extra cost. The atmosphere is unfriendly and void of conversations. Everyone just does their own workout and ignores everyone around them. This gym is a big disappointment.

Expérience négative: Everything is fine but the gym is so smelly and suffocating sometimes at the rush time there are no equipments for other people to use. Ventilation system is not quite good I say. If you need to enrol more people please have more equipments and facilities.

Expérience négative: I joined this gym but had to leave due to their policies. It being an exclusive women's gym, one would expect it would have the provisions to encourage fitness in women. Instead, their policies force women like me to choose. I was told that their new policy doesn't allow kids in the gym, not even in the reception which is very much in view easily. I am a single mother who works full time. I was asked to come without my child, and that meant either missing my time at work during the day when my child is in school, or leave her with someone else while I work out. My child is a very intelligent child who would just sit in the seat and read a book for the whole time I would focus on my health. But not anymore. A business which claims to be for women, should be encouraging and aiding women to move forward on their fitness journey,but not She's Fit. I surrendered my membership after months of not being able to go. I tried, but it was just not practical. It was extremely disappointing.

Expérience négative: There are very few Treadmills and other cardio machines.All Treadmills are busy all the time and there are only 10 Treadmills. Most of people are using Treadmills only. I liked this gym earlier but now it's too crowded didn't get equipment for workout. please provide extra Treadmills .Some equipment are under repair and they are not fixed for long time. Hope some improvements will be made in this gym .

Expérience négative: Hii. My experience with personal trainer harkanwaljot was horrible.she was not assisting me properly regarding my exercises.I think i have wasted about $650 for PT. She was not friendly at all i saw so many trainers in the gym n they are so nice.She did not even give me the routine for gym n then when i asked her then she gave me the gym routine after my sessions were done.The gym routine is also not good that is given by her.

Expérience négative: Good ladies gym, however the operating hours here are horrible. I’ve been to other She’s Fit locations and this one is the worst. They close at 4pm on Saturday and 1pm on a Sunday. On weekdays, the gym is not open early enough to get a full workout in before 6am. Absolutely ridiculous. Management seriously needs to consider extending weekend hours to be on par with the other locations. I’ve been a member since 2007 and they haven’t changed their operating hours hence the 1 star. Also some of their weight machines have been out of service for over 6 months.

Expérience négative: There aren't any clear cut instructions and recommendations for usage of their machines and gym areas. Members have to figure out things on their own.Some of their machines have been out of order for more than a year now. The staff also needs to make sure that rules are for everyone to follow and that no rude behavior is tolerated.

Actually my card was lost and payment mode was canceled and when i visit to gym to cancel my membership the charge me for one month and 20 dollar late fees and they didn’t disclose it with me while getting membership. Even though when I canceled my membership and pay the whole amount , they charged me again and the late fees too. I didn’t get the point the when I already canceled it, then why they are charged me again… worst worst worst experience ever

Expérience fantastique: Great location, good crowd and awesome staff. But my main search was for a PT because of severe neck and shoulder issues. Been here for 8 months now, my PT Harmony is the best thing that happened . From not able to do day to day basic work to now lifting weights ️. Harmony's training is very detailed like a treatment, she knows exactly how and when to do what and you will be surprised at your own abilities (at least that's what happened to me). She trained me for months now(still on ..), adjusting every week to my progress, my improvements and what needs to improve. A vey wholistic approach on a overall body improvement (mobility, strength..) and the best thing is when you start seeing results, they have machine to measure body fat muscle mass etc . She constantly advice even beyond sessions, how to do workouts on your own, what machines you like and how to use them for your needs, if going on vacation what options do you have , or not able to come for sessions due to work what can you do from home .... she is constantly invested in your well-being. If you are looking for a personal trainer (whatever you want to get better at..) ask for her she is just AWESOME .

Expérience positive: I went to drop in for a day as I was visiting the area. For $20, I honestly expected more than one squat rack. Most of the barbells were 15kg and only maybe one or two were 20kg. Additionally there were not many plates of smaller masses - only one set of 2.5lb plates. This is pretty interesting because for a women's-only gym, you could rationalize that they are going with the 15kg barbells to be more accommodating to women -- but then why is there only one set of 2.5# plates which women will often need to progress, especially upper body lifts? Other than that the facility was clean if a bit small and people were friendly. I also felt too warm in there and it wasn't a hot day, and I wasn't doing intense cardio. It was OK, and I got my workout in, but a bit of a hassle to actually lift.

And i got no reimbursement for the products I purchased there to use the machine. And it was a waste of my time being there to use it for 3 mins since i have to bus to get places

The staff doesn’t know how to do their job when signing up. They just stand around and talk with each other instead of replenishing wipes and cleaning up, etc. Washrooms need to be cleaned and sorted out with. Hours are also TERRIBLE. Might transfer to another gym if this doesn’t get resolved.

Expérience négative: I guess it does the trick. I found the girls that worked there quite pleasant. Especially Elle, She signed me up And when I said I would need to put my pass on a key chain so I wouldn’t lose it cuz it’s $20 she gave me one of hers!!! Some of the machines are not in the best shape. The tanning bed I think only has fluorescent bulbs in it. I’ve been 3 times and haven’t seen a hint of Color’s so I would Definitely just do the basic membership if you’re going to this location. I went to the king George location in newton and they have way more machines which makes sense it’s way bigger in there. However the machines were all in good shape it seemed and the tanning bed actually may have tanning bulbs in it. It would be nice to have some classes start up and I know there is a lot of interest especially for shes fit in fleetwood. However I don’t know where they would run the classes like step or something cuz it’s really small and there doesn’t seem to be space for it.

She is so knowledgable, explains everything so well, and keeps me motivated and looking forward to my next workout! I know some trainers can seem like they are just there because they need to be but believe me you wiIl not have that with her! She is so proud of your successes and seems so passionate about her training. I’ve made such progress in just the little time I’ve been with her, I’ve actually shocked myself. I’ve only been coming for 3 months and have nothing but the best experience; they got lots of equipments to accommodate everyone despite how busy the gym is and the staff were very friendly. Especially my fitness trainer Jessica :)) She’s not just a regular trainer but a miracle healer as she helped me a LOT with my goals physically and mentally and really pushed me through my goal as she’s very thorough and inspiring! I already lost 12lbs of body fat mass, gained 4lbs of skeletal mass and lost 8lbs of overall weight (they also have that cool machine for body composition analysis) Well recommended

Expérience négative: If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Avoid this gym at all costs. I transferred to this gym a couple months ago. The first red flag should’ve been how hard of a time I had trying to transfer my account. Staff were unhelpful and I was getting mixed info and being given the run around. No one seemed to want to help me. Finally that got sorted and I get to go to the gym. Over the couple months I’ve been going, this gym is always FILTHY! I don’t think the staff ever do any cleaning (and I’ve never seen them do any). Machines are dirty, floors are dirty, bathrooms/change rooms are dirty. All with visible dirt/sweat marks. It is disgusting and I’ve never seen a gym so unkept. It also smells ungodly in there. Staff stand around doing nothing. They are never helpful and very unprofessional. The gym is also always crowded as it’s pretty small. At certain times when I went, every cardio machine was full. And they don’t uphold the 20 min cardio rule during busy hours. Don’t give this place your business. Go to any other gym and it’ll be better than this. I’ve canceled my membership to go elsewhere.

Expérience négative: Over the years the physical condition of the gym has improved; renovations, new equipment, new flooring, etc. Unfortunately, the staff have not. The front desk staff are consistently on their phones, sitting on the floor, not even at the front desk, or chatting with each other and distracted. I have never once seen the staff cleaning during their downtime, which seems to be majority of the time. There will be 1-3 staff there at a time, doing nothing, when the equipment and gym overall desperately need organizing. The wipes, sanitizer, toilet paper, and soap are constantly empty. Unfortunately, even after telling staff what need to be replenished, they still don't do it sometimes. In addition, when arriving at opening time, the staff do not ensure the gym is ready to go; not all lights turned on, no soap in bathroom, etc. Front desk staff are not knowledgable about gym equipment; how to use it or what they are even called. They lose equipment all the time, even though they make you sign it out. They clearly do not do inventory each night and refer to the sign out sheet for missing equipment. The personal trainers seem knowledgable and personable! They are a saving grace for this gym. Last thing is the hours... they are the worst. On Sunday they are only open 8am-1pm. Brutal. Overall, the gym is a welcoming, comfortable environment, and since the January frenzy is over, it's not too busy. Would love to see improvement in organization and cleanliness.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to this gym for 5 years and I’ve always had a good experience but getting personal training sessions with Tracy was the best decision ever. She has helped me become a more flexible and active person not only physically but mentally as well. She helped me break down my whole fitness journey down and help curate a training plan that worked best for me. She is very uplifting and has very DEEP knowledge of health and nutrition. Tracy is one of the personal trainers there, and she has gone beyond my expectations and has helped me feel comfortable being in a gym setting. Expérience négative: My friend and I went for an orientation at the Fleetwood location. We had an appointment with General manager. From the moment we meet her she was so rude ! When trying to explain the packages she was rambling and we could not understand what she was saying . After about 10 minutes I asked her to write it down because neither had any clue what she was trying to say. She made us feel like we were wasting her time and she could not be bothered to help us. We told her we would have to get back to her as we were confused . We had to ask to get a tour of the gym as we wanted to see what they offered . She was not impressed. We left made an appointment with the Langley location . We had Rita that did a fantastic job explaining everything, she offered us a tour and explained how it all worked . As well be both signed up with a Personal trainer and can't wait to get started .

If you are looking for a clean bright gym with lots of equipment, not to mention the excellent membership price then this is the gym for you. Expérience négative: I have been a member at this location since 2018. I enjoyed coming to this gym because of the location. Over the last few years, there has been a lot of turnaround with staff. It seems the new staff just keeps becoming unprofessional, lack good customer service skills and training. You can usually find the staff on their phone and if you tell them about something that requires their attention they ignore you. I have been noticing a couple of issues for the last couple of months. A lot of their gym equipment is always “under maintenance”, AC isn’t working, machines are sticky and dirty even if you give it a good clean yourself, there are used wipes on the ground and sometimes the wipes basket isn’t refilled with more wipes. Lastly, they are always out of hand sanitizer. I would suggest doing more cleaning at this facility and making it hygienic.

Expérience négative: I joined Fleetwood location last year sometime during the winter. I cancelled it very shortly after. They processed it like I cancelled it a month later. They didn’t tell me that I could receive some of my money back when I cancelled it (in the first 10 days). I talked with the manger at the time and she said that she will let the main office know about it and when she hears from them, she will let me know. She never called me. I had to visit the location three times to ask her what happened. I emailed them and told them what happened. They told me that the manager has changed and in the files I seem like I cancelled it after a month. They don’t seem like they are ethical enough to keep their promises or give the money that they owe to their clients. Be aware. Know your rights. Other than this, when I registered at the time, one of the employees told me I could go anytime in the morning and I don’t have to get any appointments before I visited the location.Two days after, I have learned that I need to make an appointments every time before I visited there with an not nice attitude. I don’t think they know what they are doing in there. Poor customer service.

A lot of social distancing especially during the pandemic has made the experience a comfortable one. A special thank you to Herman Toor, Navneen Samra and Maggie for always being prompt in responding to any queries and have delivered exceptional service time and again. You are all awesome. When you go in there for the first time they will show you like they are the best in the town but the reality is they are the WORST. I joined their 6 month healthy transformation program in April and right after their gym was closed because of COVID which is okay then apparently they reopened on June 1st and I never got any email Or phone call about that, I got to know when they started taking money out of card. When I contacted them and asked them why didn’t they inform me about it their immediate response was We sent an email and I asked them if they can forward the same email to me again so that I can see that it’s my fault that I didn’t check but they couldn’t do it because they were lying. Under that program I was supposed to get trained by someone from the gym as I am someone who has never been to a gym and don’t know how to use equipments properly they Kept saying we can’t do anything until we move to Phase 2 (while all other gyms are doing it) so I asked them to stop taking payments out of account for the time being they can start charging me whenever they wanna start the training but they said they can’t do it. When I joined the gym the very first day I told them I’m a vegetarian So I was told I will get a personalized book just for me but they gave me one which has all the non-veg recepties in it. When I contacted their Manager said she will get them to do a new book for me which I never received. And one of their employee named Jenpreet is extremely rude she has no idea how to deal with customers she ignores phone calls all the time. May be she doesn’t know their paycheque somehow comes out of our pockets. Now when I wanna get rid of their service they won’t let me do that either. I put my account on freeze for 2 months and now I wanna cancel the membership they are telling me I have to pay for another month only then they will be able to cancel it. But the person I spoke to before they told me completely diff. thing and now they are saying she made a mistake. I would never ever recommend this gym to anyone as they are the WORSE. Only thing they know is to charge you every two weeks without providing any services.
Expérience fantastique: Love working out here the staff are amazing, answers all questions and concerns and know me by name now lol! Definitely loving how we choose our time slots it actually allows everyone to go to each station as opposed to others who would hog the stations the whole time.
Expérience négative: Charged my credit card after cancelling my membership. Of course they won't respond to my e-mails and now I have to call head office. Such a huge pain. Not sure why it is such a big deal to just refund the money. I have been coming to this gym for 12 years and had such a great relationship with everyone but I won't be coming back.
Expérience fantastique: Went here for my abdominal workout ️♀️ And was pleasantly surprised that I got more than just some exercise,,, but a good conversation too ! I was impressed by the helpful and cool staff! The employee Astrid was very enthusiastic and friendly and had a lovely conversation with me. She made my day and I will only be going to this gym from now on!!!

Expérience négative: They play the music so loud! I can’t hear what I’m trying to and when I asked the front desk to turn it down, they actually made it louder!
Expérience positive: Nice place to be in when you come tired after work and need to enjoy that freshness after having 30 minutes cardio, with your favorite music on. More important it has very nice and friendly environment as I went in different times of the day and always had my privacy and never find it overcrowded.

Expérience fantastique: When I joined I had the desire to exercise with a goal to lose weight. The person that help me attain my goals was Kaitlin Abel. She set me up with there diet plan called me for weigh in’s and kept me accountable. She is very friendly and knowledgeable , and when I didn’t know how a machine worked she would help me anytime I asked. She always made me feel like I was in the right place, and that she was happy to see me. I never felt pressure to do anything, but I always wanted to reach the goals that we talked about. I have lost 30 lbs and have gotten so much stronger. I have gained many positive things such as a great attitude and a better understanding of what my 60 + year old body is capable of. Thanks Kaitlin
Expérience positive: Everything was good but them music. Too much club type, some of the lyrics were quite offensive. I asked one of the staff if they could change it and she said it comes from head office. That music may work in some locations, but everyone that was there when I was looked to be at least in their 30's. I don't think that music was appropriate to the client base in the gym at the time, which was late morning/early afternoon. It did not make for an enjoyable workout for me.
Expérience négative: I have been disappointed with the lack of classes. There is a schedule up on the desk but I went in every thursday for the 7pm stretch and core class for months and every time there was excises on why it was not being run. I spoke to the manager twice who assured me that she would run it no matter what and to no avail. I finally gave up. Also, the equipment is regularly in disrepair and TVs never work. I do like working out there because it is close to home and I am glad it is open until 9pm on the weekday evenings. the weekend hours are not good.
Expérience fantastique: She’s FIT is a great gym to work out with decent price charges. Felicia motivates me a lot and I can see the difference in my weight loss. She is a great trainer and motivator at the same time. Thank you so much.

Expérience négative: Been a member here for 5-6 years now and the new renovations are great! Besides that, everything else could use a good upgrade as well. The hours on the weekend are terrible. Saturday they close at 4pm and Sunday at 1pm. Hand sanitizer and wipes are always empty. High turnover of staff, makes me question their management and how they treat their staff members? Staff are friendly but they’re always talking to each other or on their phones. Most of them are uneducated about weight training and machines. (There’s 1 girl that is knowledgeable but she’s there part-time.) The personal trainers are amazing but I hate to bother them because they’re always so busy. Weights and equipment are never where they should be. Members are supposed to put equipment away, some don’t and I don’t expect the staff to pick up after them each time but at the end of the day, everything should be straightened out and ready for a new day. Members do better!! Hope this review is received in good faith from a loyal member. It’s thriving and getting busier here especially with the upgrades but could be more efficient.

Expérience négative: Giving one star due to the lack of surveillance cameras at the gym. My wallet alongside my friends got stolen from the gym locker rooms and there was no way of tracking down who did it since there are no cameras whatsoever at the gym. Despite that, the staff there are super friendly and welcoming and they did try to help as much as they could.
Expérience positive: Has all the equipment you need. I dont do the classes. Not a convenient time for me The staff are very friendly. I go during the day so not usually busy. Mask restrictions have been lifted and hardly anyone wearing one. But it's not busy when I go.

They have both free weights and machines, which is awesome! Everything is always clean including the locker room. Before COVID they used to do free group classes which are both great and helpful for beginners.I would highly recommend she’s fit Fleetwood if you're looking for a new place to workout at.
