Expérience négative: This is a embarrassing place I use this only for massage because I have medical conditions but there massage chair and hydromassage is just as a antique and didn't work properly I am as a premium member bring a guest and that's really embarrassing. Management should fix there stuff or stop offering on your membership deals.

Expérience négative: Was a member 2 years ago at buzzfit. They automatically renewed me and started charging me monthly charges which is not legal. Had to call ten times before being able to even speak with the manager. When I got in contact with him he basically told me there is nothing he could do about the charges. He was emailing administration in regards to my refund and I never received an answer from admin. Staff was trying their best to help but whoever works in upper management needs to be fired. Still haven’t gotten my money back. Update: emailed them again after they responded to my review and still no follow up nor did I get my money back!!

Expérience négative: I was a member of this gym for about 2 years, but I recently decided to leave. A lot of the gym equipment breaks from misuse by the members and needs to be fixed. While they're more strict in the day time on who comes into the gym, there are a lot of teenagers, most noticeably in the evening, who comes with their friends, and some of the staff is more lenien with them. I've previously broken my glasses here twice from a group of teenagers playing soccer in the gym. When I told the kids to stop, they asked me if I was going to kick them out, when I told the staff, they did nothing and they continued to play. Many of the teenagers who come in the evening abuse the machines which leads to them breaking and many have poor spatial awareness. It also sucks that you have A.C but half the time it's not on and instead, occasionally you'll turn on the fan. So you're either too hot in certain areas of the gym or too cold if it's directly above you. If you don't know how to use a machine, the staff is more or less knowledgeable and a lot of the machines aren't short people friendly. What's great is that you have multiples of the same equipment and it's a large gym. Amongst all the buzzfits, this is the most spacious one you'll find in the area. The price is also great, but that might contribute to why there are so many kids who may or may not even have a pass. The staff is really nice but it would be great if they took action when it came to the select few who ruin the experience. It's a great 24/7 gym to start, but you'll find yourself easily tired of the broken equipment, the heat in the gym and the kids who are disrespectful of the equipment and the other members

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a member at Buzzfit Kirkland for a few years, but I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement within the past couple of months, especially in terms of the gyms cleanliness. The manager Nima is fantastic, and clearly shows a genuine care for the gym users and his staff. They’re always smiling! I also really enjoy their group classes, and the new equipment. Overall really happy with my recent experiences here

Expérience fantastique: J'apprécie énormément les cours de conditionnement physique avec des haltères et des bandes élastiques de résistance proposés gratuitement aux membres du club Buzzfit à Kirkland. Nicole, notre entraîneuse, est véritablement motivante et sait varier les exercices pour cibler efficacement le renforcement musculaire. Même si les cours sont actuellement offerts en anglais, Nicole a prévu de les offrir aussi en français dès cet été de 2024, afin de respecter la langue officielle du Québec.

Expérience fantastique: Easily the best value gym in the west island. Lots of equipment, large floor space, not overly crowded (mostly workout in the mornings). If there are three things I wish this gym had it would be a few dedicated bench racks, a hack squat, and a sauna. Overall, really can't complain for the price.

Expérience positive: In the day , the gym is pretty chill and everyine do their own thing but staff is horrible. Last time i was there , i saw a random girl with her phone with her legs on the counter without bothering to look at the customers. Pretty unacceptable imo... other than that really busy within the afternoon to night with every day of the week. Chill but it can be sometimes noisy. Update(9 of sept): When i finished my work out in the morning there was another girl with her legs on the counter with her phone. Thats bad so i wish we can really talk to the younger employees to stop doing that. Please thank you!

Good day Mo - We did a very reasonable small increase in line with inflation, and our yearly maintenance fee is only once per year.
Expérience fantastique: Good gym, good service, and very clean. Very well equipped, they are currently upgrading most of their machines and adding to them. Location wise is excellent, with plenty of parking space.

Expérience négative: Called to get answers about charges that had not gone through and girl was super useless , rude and should not be in customer service and said they don’t notify customers if there is any issue with a payment and suggested I call my cc provider and was in a rush to get off the phone . I had to escalate it to a manager who was able to answer my questions and resolve issue and was very helpful and pleasant . I advised the Manager that customers should be treated as such and that employee should not be in that role. Wish I had her name so people are aware if they have issues with this same person.

Expérience négative: This gym, specifically this location is a joke! As cheap as the membership is, you are still getting less than what you are paying for. Non of the employees no what they are doing, specifically Avery, the overgrown child. I had cancelled my account back when the pandemic started (went in person) and was told everything was taken care. When I tried to sign up again earlier this year, the old account was still open and had a ridiculous balance. When my mother signed up with her own financial information, I don't even know how they managed to do this, but they ended up charging my account for her services. I had to go in at least 3 times to get my refund because all of their employees including the manager are incompetent. Anyway if you are looking for a great gym I highly recommend fit form! They know what they are going and employees are not taking naps on the massage chairs

Expérience positive: I love Kirkland buzzfit for their equipment and nice open space for the price they charge. The problem that I have recently got is about lack of communication. In fact, there is no way of communicating with them! I registered and paid for a Buzzfit gym 1-year membership ($99+tax = $113.83) on Sep 2021 at Buzzfit Kirkland. I noticed two weeks ago that my bank account had been charged three times. Seems the annual charge is automatically applied to my account every month! I sent an email two week ago with follow ups but no answer yet. Their phone does not answer and has no answering machine. They are obviously closed but they dont answer their email or get any call. So no way of communication.

Expérience positive: It is my first time at BuzzFit. Its clean. Social distancing is well maintained. I love that they have the 1 free guest. I have the chance to come and enjoy fitness with my daughter. As a mom of 4 i need to save on things. And BuzzFit just did it and this will make me tell everybody about it. This is what I call thinking about others. Staff are welcoming. Helpful. Nice. They have the massage chair, tanning room, therapy rouge. People (clientèle) are actualy there to exercice and not to show off. Try it first and then I am sure you will Register. I just wished they had aerobics and dance class. But over all is good

Expérience négative: The gym itself is fine, apart from being a little overcrowded at times, and and sometimes there are machine hoggers. The staff are nice for the most part despite not actually doing anything. My issue is with the way they do business. I called to cancel my membership in February, since I no longer work in the area and it's far from where I live and not easy to get to. I was told to come in to the gym in person, which I didn't do on that occasion due to bad weather and poor road conditions. Then they were closed due to Covid-19, although they still took the March payment. I had forgotten about it since I wasn't charged again after that, until Friday, July 31st when I received an email that the annual fee of $39.99 would be coming off the next day. It's actually illegal in Quebec to charge an automatic renewal without 30-60 days' written notice - not less than 24 hours. I called again to cancel, and was told that this fee could not be stopped, and that in fact my membership was still valid, so I'd have to come in and sign the cancellation, which I did. I have sent an email to [email protected] and surprise surprise, no response. The charge was taken off my card and I have had no option but to report it as an unauthorized transaction, a move I had hoped to avoid. I really wanted to make this easy for Buzzfit, but they are making it difficult and if this policy is not reviewed there will be others who take legal action. I am sorry it has to be this way, but this is dishonest.

Expérience négative: I called in 2 years ago to cancel my membership, the person working clearly told me it was done and that i was not a member anymore. 2 years later they call me saying I owe them 360$ tried to explain myself but they still made me pay 120$ for no reason at all. poor customer service and extremely bad place to workout

Expérience négative: Tried calling the gym to cancel my membership via phone but was told by their "manager" that I would either have to 1. Come PHYSICALLY in person to cancel my membership or 2. Send a registered letter at MY expense. I then asked if it was possible to cancel my membership over the phone due to COVID and that I am at risk so do not feel it safe to physically come into the gym. I was told that it HAS to be in person, in which I responded with, "can I facetime/zoom?" to confirm my identity while still remaining socially distant. The manager told me it was not possible. SO basically, the two options I was given, was to 1. Physically come to the gym & risk my health, as well as, the health of the staff or 2. Physically send a registered letter from a post office and risk my health, as well as, the health of Canada Post staff workers. In addition, to paying out of pocket for a registered letter. This cancellation policy, that has not been adapted for COVID19 is a huge slap in the face to front line workers trying to combat COVID, as well as, members who do not feel it safe to be out doing errands as if it is pre-covid times. If huge companies like Twitter/Google have allowed their staff to work remotely, I think a small gym like buzzfit could put in place remote cancellation policy. I asked for an email to escalate my case and was given info at buzzfit and was met with an auto-responder. In the end, my credit card will continued to be charged for a service I WILL NOT be using for my safety. All in all, BuzzFit is taking advantage of a vulnerable population and stealing their money. Please respond to this comment with a way in which I can cancel my membership and just know this is NOT the way to run a business. Thank You! EDIT: Despite "the owner" commenting below a canned response. They still are not accommodating. AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS. They are a bunch of thiefs.

Expérience négative: Equipment is good but 12 Televisions and they're not allowed to put on the hockey game because head office decides, is what i was told. Similar issue in the playoffs last season... I complained but nothing happened. I don't care about 2 televisions with the weather network. The employee didn't seem to care. CALL HEAD OFFICE . Also, Some lockers have been tampered with and can be opened even with lock on. I complained but the post-it probably didn't make it to the manager. Yes a post-it.. Too bad. It's a nice gym.
