Courtney was awesome! She spent the first few minutes asking questions and assessing my situation. From there I received an amazing RMT massage and was given some advice and exercises to do at home. I left there feeling way better and my pain level was significantly reduced. I booked a second session and will definitely return anytime I have a need. 5 stars all the way.!!

Expérience fantastique: I went to see Jack after having reoccuring issues with my upper chest that caused me to stop progressing in my bench press, and after my first visit I was already seeing significant improvements. After I continued to come every 2-3 weeks, in about 2 months I was able to hit a bench pr pain free. Additionally he was also very suppourtive in answering any questions I had, both during and inbetween sessions. Overall, Jack has helped me significantly in my fitness journey, and I will continue to come here moving forward, I truly cannot reccomend this place enough.

The level of support and encouragement (especially when I'm struggling with a heavy lift) is unmatched! They (Dave, owner, and other members) really help me to dig deeper than I ever could in a commercial gym, and watching everyone else work hard and push themselves only helps to motivate me to work even harder and to never give up. My coach, Rich, is both supportive and motivating - he has always listened to my goals and, as they are reached, helped me to create new ones.
