Expérience positive: I was at Nxt Lvl today for a cross fit competition. Nice facility. They maintained the bathrooms very well, considering the high volume of people that were there today. It seemed nicely organized as well.

Expérience fantastique: Straight-up awesome gym!! Super-positive atmosphere. The coaching is fantastic - encouraging, skilled attention to movements and detail. I am older (40s), with a ton of injuries and I immediately was welcomed by the staff and the coaches adapted amazing programming for my injuries right away. Facilities and equipment are kept in impeccable condition. Everything you need for xfit, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics movements and more. The programming is balanced, fun, and as killer as you want to go. Programming is super-inclusive from novice beginners to workout-ninjas. Can’t say enough good things about my time so far at NXT LVL!

From the newly updated facility and equipment, to the well-educated coaches/trainers, and to the supportive members... this is what truly makes NXT LVL such a positive atmosphere. Qualified coaches at NXT LVL, always did a great job in breaking down and clarifying each and every workout. Not to mention, the safe and progressive warm-ups, have helped prevent many future injuries. No warm-ups or workouts ever felt rushed and the coaches were always good at time management. The owners, Justin and Jill have done a fantastic job of keeping this gym in amazing shape. Their passion for CrossFit and the community really shows and is reflected at the success NXT LVL has demonstrated in the past couple of years. This is one gym I can see myself being a part of long-term and I highly recommend NXT LVL to everyone and anyone who is looking to get fit (no matter the shape you are in) and to be a part of one of the most inclusive gyms in Winnipeg. I love the programming, coaches and workouts and they always offer many scaling options if needed, so it doesn't matter what fitness level you're at. As much as it's a CrossFit gym, it is more of a family as everyone is friendly and encourages you to be better. I couldn't ask for a better happy place!

Expérience fantastique: I started with NXTLevel only a short while ago, but am totally hooked. The Owner and Coaches have created just the most wonderfully inclusive, growth mindset, come as you are environment. Entering on the first day I was greeted warmly by the staff and the other patrons/athletes. Everyone is eager to encourage and help one another. Included when I signed up were private coaching sessions to “level up”. These are super helpful as the coach is able to assess your body patterns and teach the complex lifts with proper form. The workouts are challenging, but as a beginner, totally scalable to where a person is at. Each day is different and fun in its own way. I look forward to growing with this gym.

Expérience fantastique: Totally UNBIASED review, I promise: I have been in two fitness gyms and both have had a great impact in the way I see people come together, work out, get fit, motivate each other, and has had knowledgeable coaching all throughout. No loss whatsoever… Yet of all the experiences I’ve had doing this, being at NXT LVL is just a lot more humble. The biggest setback for me has always been EGO. I’m not at all saying that the gyms I’ve been to have that aspect, but stepping into this gym just felt more comfortable. And as the class itself begins, there’s that feeling that we’re all on neutral ground, let’s have fun, enjoy the beats, crush the workout, and at the end, fist bumps for everyone! No EGO B.S. coming from anyone, and that to me is reassuring. That 100% makes me want to enjoy the presence with absolutely anyone that goes to NXT LVL. The community here is lit, that’s all you need to know. Side note, I couldn’t have asked for better coaches who know what they’re talking about and can keep it real with every single athlete at NXT LVL. SALUTE to all the coaches!

Expérience fantastique: I signed up just a couple of weeks ago and I’m having a blast. The coaches are really friendly and patient with me since I’m very new to all the movements. I came in to try it couple of times before with my friend and loved the workouts and so glad I signed up.

Expérience fantastique: I was so sick of going to a typical gym and working out on machines or on my own. I wanted to find something new. I decided to do CrossFit despite knowing 0 idea about. The coaches where amazing with providing the foundations and guiding me to do skills effectively. They’re there all throughout and is more than happy to provide recommendations and advices. The community as well has been amazing, so inclusive, so kind, so free of judgement! All I could say is I made the right fitness decision on this one.

Expérience fantastique: When I was asked to try out this gym, I was second-guessing because "CrossFit" sounded scary to me. I have tried various gyms in the city, and I am glad I found this place. The owners Justin and Jill are amazing. Inclusive space for all different levels of fitness you will never feel left out! I do not regret my decision; this gym has allowed me to recognize the strength I never knew I had. I also love that this gym is super clean! When you sign up for membership, they give you a 1-1 training session to give you an understanding of the basic movements they do in the regular classes- which is great! Check them out :)

Expérience fantastique: It's been about 1 year since I started at this gym. I was intimidated by CrossFit in the beginning, but everything can be scaled down to meet you at your fitness level. Working out here has taught me to be patient with myself. I've seen more changes in my body in these workouts compared to other fitness classes at the gym. I can't see myself going back to regular gyms. All the coaches are knowledgeable and know just how much to push you whilst still ensuring you are safe and practicing good technique. Everyone that works out here is supportive of each other and welcoming to new members. A gym that is accommodating--allowing members to bring in their kids/dogs/workout with their babies (within reason) --speaks to the kind of place this is. The owners have truly created an inclusive, safe space. Highly recommend NXT LVL!

As someone who has no experience in weightlifting or any formal exercise training, all the coaches have been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They place great emphasis and importance on proper form and technique, which takes a lot of the anxiety away, especially for a beginner like me. They also scale any exercise when needed to accommodate your level of strength or any injuries, so no sweat if you cannot lift a certain weight or do an exercise because there are other alternatives. This is the most consistent I have EVER been with my fitness, and I am so proud of it! The overall atmosphere is very welcoming; the place is clean and huge, and the people here are awesome; they're always there to cheer you on and support you. The workouts are definitely challenging, but they're also fun and different, which makes them exciting. I definitely feel motivated to continue with my fitness journey, and NXT LVL PERFORMANCE is the place to be to help me reach my goals. The best CF Gym in Winnipeg!!!! Exercises can be scaled down to help meet your fitness level. You can continuously challenge yourself as you progress. The gym is very clean and organized. The equipment are well maintained.

I have tried many fitness classes and gyms in the past but I have never felt so supported in a gym than I have felt at NXT LVL. This gym accommodates every fitness level and with smaller class sizes, the coaches are always there to help out. The vibes within the community in the gym is outstanding and such a positive environment that you’d enjoy every workout. Don’t take my word for it, try out a class and see for yourself.
