Expérience fantastique: Honestly probably the best gym I’ve been to in the country. Jeff and the whole team are super knowledgeable and clearly cared a lot about their members and made everyone there feel like part of the family. They went out of their way to be accommodating and to welcome me while I was visiting. In addition while the gym isn’t huge it has everything you could ask for equipment-wise and they use the space really well. Programming was also very good, they follow their own but it is clearly well thought out and the classes really pushed you in a good way. Every class I went to I also had a new takeaway on some movement which was exactly what I was looking for. Got to even experience their Friday Night Lights for the open which was an absolute blast! Can not recommend CrossFit 431 enough and will definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Expérience fantastique: I only went once and I said atwl6 would go again. Just need to save up. Trainer was knowledgeable and I had the greatest workout ever. I was sore for 4 days ! I can't wait to go back !
