Expérience fantastique: Michelle is an outstanding trainer! We can’t recommend her enough. In an industry saturated with PFTs, I had high standards when we decided to bite the bullet and commit to weekly training both financially and time wise. I’m a long time fitness instructor, athlete and massage therapist and I wanted a trainer with a higher level education and knowledge than I had. Our first session with Michelle involved completing a six page health history and a 90 min assessment, which illuminated some glaring issues that have thwarted us from achieving our goals. She used that information to build a program that addressed our function/mobility issues as well as our fitness and sport goals. My husband and I have been training now with Michelle for over 6 years and we can’t say enough how essential she has become to helping us maintain our physical ability as we power through our 50’s. I have jokingly referred to her as our “functional training babysitter” because we’ve both had a history of injury and acquired new ones as well as having physically demanding jobs. She keeps us “in the game”. Thank you Michelle!!

Expérience fantastique: I would highly recommend Michelle as a personal trainer. She is very well educated in her profession, & continues to take courses in order to provide the best evidence based support for her clients. She is patient & encouraging, & designs a program for each client based on his/her fitness level, concerns& goals, & recreational/ work activities. The studio itself is bright, well equipped & a completely non-intimidating environment. As well, Michelle has a warmth & wonderful sense of humour that makes every session fun.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been working out with Michelle for almost 5 years now. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always learning more. I have had a bad back for years and Michelle is so great at pivoting to different exercises if I’m having a bad day. I always leave there feeling better than when I walked in.

Expérience fantastique: My wife and I have been training with Michelle for about 4 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, and VERY dedicated to her craft of being the best trainer possible. She customizes our workouts to our goals, and she easily adapts them to any injuries or discomfort we may be dealing with. We highly recommend and will keep training with Michelle!

Expérience fantastique: I have worked with Michelle for over 5 years now and I have nothing but good to say about my experience. I have had shoulder and back issues in the past and she has helped me strengthen those areas as well and improve my mobility. She has such a great eye for making sure all my muscles/joints are moving correctly together to help avoid any potential injuries. I would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone looking for dedicated personal trainer that truly cares about your fitness journey!

Expérience fantastique: I have trained with Michelle for almost 5 years and can confidently say she is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. As a competitive athlete, prior to working with Michelle I was getting so much work done to my body with physio, massage, etc just to keep myself able to play without pain. Michelle’s attention to detail and knowledge has completely changed my body, I am stronger than ever and my body is healthy and working optimally. I’ve continued to train with her through 2 pregnancies, and I always felt safe but still challenged and was able to work out until days before birth. She knows her stuff - highly recommend!!

Expérience fantastique: I have worked with Michelle for over 5 years and she has been absolutely fantastic. Michelle's greatest strength is her willingness to learn and better herself - it's contagious. Michelle has gone above and beyond for myself, and is great person, in and out of the gym. Michelle is kind, fun, and extremely knowledgeable, she is an exceptional trainer for any fitness level. The studio is awesome - has everything you would ever need, conveniently located on the South Side.

Expérience fantastique: I have been training with Michelle for quite a few years. My body feels the best it has ever felt. I always feel safe and challenged with her. She really takes the time to listen to my goals and is excellent at assessing what areas I need to improve to meet my goals. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are supported, and she is constantly challenging me. I highly recommend her.

Expérience fantastique: I've been training with Michelle from Forward Motion since 2014. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is body positive, client focused, and helps you set and reach your fitness goals, this is the place to do it. Added bonus, it's a private facility that's super clean and well maintained; if you're looking for a way to train but too nervous to go to a public gym, private training is awesome!
