Dimitri never gave up on me and kept sending me emails with tips to stay healthy . Years latter when my hips became so painful,replacement was recommended, I spoke with Dimitri and an exercise program was set up . Now I'm back to work and replacement is no longer required according to my Doctor.

Folks here are super friendly and they even examine my diet and give suggestions to ensure best results. I joined PMF before 3 weeks ago and i love this gym and i enjoyed the fitness classes of this gym. Before joining this gym i tried so many gym and tried so many diet plans from past last 4 years for my fitness goal and it doesn't work and i was so depressed. But PMF change my whole life story in just 3 weeks of joining i lost 3.7lbs. Now i believe that i will achieve my goals so fast. All the coaches are so good and helpful and they will guide you in every spot. Special thanks to coach Dimitri's, Coach Tony's and coach Josh's for their efforts and who always push me to achieve my goals. Coach Tony's is very good, nice and friendly. Expérience fantastique: This fitness studio has changed my life. I have spent my entire life, almost 36 years, being lazy and doing nothing to maintain and improve my fitness. The few times I tried going to a gym or adding physical activities throughout the day never lasted beyond a few days before I stopped and went back to being lazy. Finding Pure Motivation Fitness Studio made me realize why: I never knew what exactly to do when I come to work out anywhere and there was very few who would push me beyond my limit. This place has different classes where members can sign up to do a set of exercises, that change every day, with one of the trainers who will gladly push you past your limits. They also offer 1 on 1 coaching sessions weekly with one of their trainers (other reviews have mentioned coach Dimitri, who is amazing, though I’ll also give a shout-out to coach Martin and all the other wonderful coaches here), who will push you even more past your limits. All of them are approachable and will give you advice to reach any and all goals you have (or on how to be more fit, in my case). The studio itself, while not as large as some franchise gyms, has machines or equipment for every exercise imaginable while being clean and impeccably maintained. All of this has helped me start a routine where I’m going here five days a week, am feeling the best I’ve ever felt, know that I still have a long way to go on my journey to be the fittest I can be and am positive the coaches here will push me to get there faster than I can imagine. The only downside I have noticed to going here regularly is that I have to get a whole new wardrobe full of clothes (though I also blame that on my past lazy self). So, if you’re someone who’s been neglectful of their health and fitness and don’t know where to start (like myself, before I found PMF) then my suggestion is to stop reading this review and sign up for a membership with this fitness studio. I have already extended my membership with them for over a year past my initial period of year after only being a member for four months. A rating of five stars does not do this place justice as I can’t think of another place like it. My actual rating for PMF is a 007/5 and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I've been to many and have worked at one huge chain gym and can honestly give my stamp of approval for this family Oriented boutique gym, especially after seeing the quality of gyms out there. PMF is classy, thorough, clean, caring, and quality. From the classes to the one on one training, you'll always feel welcome. The equipment to the locker rooms are clean and kept up with daily. Listen, NO QUALITY place is ever cheap. Upkeep is expensive and should be reflected in any price. However, that being said, the gym is veeeeeeery reasonably priced. The trainers are next level! It’s a place that’s great for people of all levels of fitness, too. I offered to join a later class to give him that time slot off but he said he'd prefer to have the 1 on 1 so he can help me tailor the exercises to my injured shoulder. I appreciated the specific stretches and alternate exercises. Every coach I've worked with including Courtney and Ryan have been great at giving individual attention and motivating me to work well beyond what I would've given had I been on my own.

The last decade has been at PMF, my second home, because that's exactly what it feels like when you step foot inside. The facility itself is unlike any other. They have great causes to help their community as well. Very nice people. Different ages could attend, even some days for children to play there with great supervision. Expérience négative: Instructors are great. A bit pricey but it's a boutique gym so it's expected. My circumstances changed after a year and I had to cancel my membership. I was on a month to month plan after my first year. I notified them a few days before the end of the month that I would be canceling. However, I was told that because I did not provide full 30 days notice they would still charge my credit card for the month I could not attend. I found their lack or reasonableness frustrating. I had spent over $2000 between my membership and personal training in the year that I was there. As a gesture of good faith to a loyal member they did not have to charge me. I guess they didn't care. Needless to say I wasn't very impressed.

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic gym!! I have been going to PMF for over 5 years now and have had nothing but an excellent experience. The trainers are all very professional, and have always been very motivated to see me get the results I want. I'm not really concerned about what the trainers get paid and nobody else should be other than the trainers. Trust me...if they weren't happy...they wouldn't be there!! Dimitri and Francesca are incredible owner/operators and they strive to make the environment of PMF amazing for both their clients and employees. The team at PMF have helped both my wife and I get into the best shapes of our lives..we are forever grateful! For all those haters out there...one word...jealousy!!!!! Its a disease...go find a cure!

Expérience positive: A professional gym all around. Very welcoming staff. Even if you don't train with anyone, someone will take the time to fix your form, or answer any questions you may have. I took a big pause from the gym, and a staff member from PMF called me to ask if I was ok. The Yoga classes are amazing, with a great teacher.

The facility is clean and always updating their equipment. As a physician, I am constantly trying to reinforce the importance of nutrition and exercise. Dimitri, Daniel and the rest of the PMF staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and truly care about health. I do not hesitate to recommend my patients to PMF to help them achieve a healthier lifestyle. Expérience fantastique: Having been a member at other 'box gyms' PMF really stands out from the crowd offering both exceptional trainers and services. Equipment and studio upgrades in the past couple years have kept this boutique style gym both modern and up to date with the latest industry standards. Above all else, this is the only gym I've been a member of where management and staff are constantly looking after and plugged in with their members, looking after their health goals and well being. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: I guess the only way my computer gave me to finely get into this page was by using my sons google account, it didnt like mine, lol my name is Inessa Zask and i would like yo tell you of my experience with pure motivation fitness club,. I signed to this gym not long after they opened. from the day i came in and still, Dimitry and Francesca and the training staff in this gym are like my second family, The environment is very warm and friendly, I love coming there , love the fact that they are so understanding of my goals , every time i needed an assessment or advice ,no problem, it is not just like other gyms where they just want your money, no they care for you. Dimitry and Francesca are very good ,kind and loving couple, along the years since im a member we did many things together, including fundraising for autism. And other fundraisers for other causes. Many like me in this gym enjoying the facility and the services, the friendly and loving, family like environment.

Expérience fantastique: I'm not a gym person. Or at least I thought I wasn't. I realize now that I simply hadn't found the right gym for me. Prior to joining PMF in July 2015 I had several gym memberships ..... I'd go for a few weeks or months, I had no guidance, I didn't know what I was doing, and then I would find all kinds of excuses not to show up. Those gyms didn't care about me.... they had my Visa number and that was good enough. From the moment I met Dimitri, PMF's owner and director, I had a sense things would be different. Participating in team training has been the best motivation. I don't need to have a plan. I just need to show up and follow the lead of the trainers. I've also had assistance to ensure my nutrition and eating patterns are on point, and my progress is tracked on a regular basis. The result - I've list 30 pounds since July!!!. Not bad for a 50 year old who works in an office all day long. The facility is well maintained, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and the trainers are the best. I recommend you check it out. You won't be disappointed.

When he explains about how the body works, and the importance of protein you feel you're receiving information from a expert. After all he holds several certifications. Expérience fantastique: When you enter Pure Motivation Fitness Studio, you immediately are greeted by a friendly person. The change rooms are spotless and well stocked for the convenience of showering and dressing after a good sweat workout. On the gym floor there are friendly trainers all giving full attention to their clients. The machines are clean and well spaced for personal comfort. The machines and accessories for working out, free weights bosoo , balls of all sizes and types, ropes, mats, skipping ropes etc are all new and accessible and neatly displayed for easy access. The work out is fantastic, whether in one of the varied type of classes in the lovely bright studio, or on the gym floor with an amazing trainer who coaches all through the work out. The trainers follow through with each client, encouraging and keeping track of progress. PMF is as it claims, a boutique gym.

What other gym would call you and check in and see how you are doing if you don't come in for a few days? The service is amazing and the fact is that everyone that works there wants to help you be your best.
