Expérience fantastique: The team at OS Fitness is super friendly and is great with gym regular and first time gym goers. If you want to start workout or want to take your training to the next level this gym is awesome. It has 24hrs access so you don't have to worry about making it there before it closes or waiting outside for someone to open it.

The whole team is incredible because if you have any questions they will drop what they are doing to help. I have failed at many gyms due to the environment and culture, but this one has truly changed my life! Simply amazing and if I could give them 100 stars I would!

Expérience fantastique: This is the best gym in the world. Ever. Period. The owner and staff are all super friendly and there is plenty of great equipment. It has become my second home.

Expérience fantastique: Joshua and his team do a great job! When you walk in the door you're greeted by Allie the fitness dog, and Josh seems to know everyone who comes in and says hi by name. It's very welcoming, and very approachable for someone like me who isn't a gym buff. Joshua set me up on a routine for my specific goals, targeting the specific muscle groups I wanted to work on and several that I didn't even realize were really important for me. Very happy. I also see many very experienced gym-goers there taking advantage of the wide variety of equipment. Conventional weights, a wide range of cardio equipment, lots of modern strength training machines and more. Really impressive set-up, and top notch knowledgeable staff. There's a reason the Sun Times named the club and Josh as the best in town this year.
