Expérience fantastique: Love this studio! F45 was the one workout class I have been able to stay consistent with. The workouts are always challenging yet never get boring. The coaches are great at being mindful of form, and are there for that extra push of motivation if they know you can grab the heavier weight. 10/10 would recommend F45 in general and this studio.

Expérience fantastique: The staff are really friendly and helpful providing helpful feedback on form through the workout as well as identifying opportunities to challenge myself a bit more. The COVID precautions and accommodations support an environment that feels safe with individual workout stations and equipment.

Expérience positive: Only reason they're getting a 4 star from me is their prices.....VERY expensive; works out to almost $300/month for me. Other than that the place is AMAZING And the workouts are killers. I will continue to go till I break the banks :)

Expérience fantastique: If you want to maximize your workouts with amazing coaches and positive motivating people around you in a fun, clean, adrenaline pumping atmosphere, this is the place for you! The workouts vary between strength and cardio days, so there's a great mix of training. The coaches are all really attentive and great at making sure everyone has proper form. Health is wealth and how you feel at the end of your workouts here are priceless!

Expérience fantastique: First time when I tried this gym I thought it was the most random thing. I didn’t understand the right postures or where to go. But I decided to give it a chance and do an 8-week challenge. I can say that by the end I grew a lot stronger and I had a lot of fun doing it. The instructors are really nice, and the entire atmosphere is really fun. I recommend you trying it. You’ll push yourself way harder than at any other gym, and you’ll keep going even when you think you wanna stop.

All the other trainers are the same too and really know what they are doing. It feels like one big team/family when you walk in. So happy with this place!

Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good sweat. The cross between cardio and resistance days make it different and challenging. The owner and staff are motivating, friendly, and work alongside you to teach you proper form and push you to do your best. The room and equipment is very clean also. Best program I've done so far.
