Jeff was able to come to our monthly breakfast last summer and show us a warm up routine before starting work everyday. I have been with Jeff for 3 years now and I haven’t felt better in my life from strength to personality it has changed who I am and I’m sure the others will agree with me. Jeff also provides a simple and affordable payment plan which is a lifesaver compared to the other gyms in the area.
