Expérience fantastique: I started back at the gym after a long time hiatus of sitting at my desk and being about as active as a rock. Everyone at CFL made me feel welcomed and part of the community from the onset and help build my training schedule to fit my budget and time availability. The workouts can be increased or decreased in complexity and intensity to suit all fitness levels and are a great way to scratch the competitive itch that youth sports once fulfilled. This is a place for everyone, no matter the fitness and ability level.

Expérience fantastique: BEST CrossFit gym in the area! We had such an amazing time at CrossFit Leduc with Jeremi and Kyla. We lived in south Edmonton and it was 100% worth it to drive there everyday. We had to move to a different city but we would have loved to stay at CrossFit Leduc.

Expérience fantastique: I often think of moving away from the city of Leduc (maybe closer to mountains or somewhere warmer or with fewer mosquitoes), the only reason I don't is because of this gym. I have been going here for over 10 years and have made some incredible friends and got some exercise along the way. This place is so energizing, I encourage anyone to give it a try. Crossfit may sound intimidating (and at it's highest levels, it is), but it is something that can be scaled to anyone's ability level and Crossfit Leduc is a place that supports and builds up its members at all points of their fitness journey. Incredible owners and incredible members - get in on this!

Update: It's been a great 4 years here. Over the last 2 years. I've seen huge improvement of my strength and endurance.I can't thank Kyla and Jeremi Murphy enough for everything they have done in this community. I have made lasting friendships and more new ones have developed. Everyday is a new challenging workout tailored to your fitness level. Highly recommend you come try this gym out !!

Expérience fantastique: To be completely honest I originally decided to try out CrossFit Leduc due to the child care they provide. I was on maternity leave with my second kiddo and wanted to lose weight. I have never done any sort of CrossFit in my life, never picked up a barbell, never boxed jumped, never hung from a rig, climbed a rope, the list goes on. I started with going just two days a week, before I knew it I was going three, then four, five. I found myself wanting more and more. My mindset had changed from just wanting to lose weight. I wanted to become a stronger, healthier, more confident version of myself and the weight loss just started to become a bonus. The community at this gym is something that amazes me. The energy is so positive as soon as you walk through those doors. No judgment whatsoever. No matter your experience. Everyone is supper supportive and helpful. The couching staff and owners are the cherry on top, they make you feel like family. It has almost been a year since I joined and I have found my passion, my drive for becoming a better version of me. The friendships that I have found in this place I am sure will last a lifetime.

Great programming, knowledgeable coaches, and a personable group of athletes makes this the best part of my day. Expérience fantastique: I joined CFL last spring as a way of dealing with work burnout. I thought if I had a commitment elsewhere it would be easier to say no to work. I can't thank owners Jeremi and Kyla Murphy, and all the coaches at CFL enough for creating a space that is so incredibly welcoming. Expérience fantastique: 2022 - Not really sure if it’s just me but I feel like I found purpose here. At gyms I’d just hop around and do a little bit of this or that and not really feel fulfilled. Here it’s a 180. There’s pace, purpose, flexibility, lots of instruction and great feedback. Every day has me feeling excited or what’s next. Whether you’re new to exercise or experienced with a movement, the trainers seem to notice when you could benefit from a little help or leave you to it. It’s a great sense of community and a fantastic workout at the same time. Edit for 2024 - still amazing, welcoming and I basically go 5 days a week because I love it so much. The community spirit is what keeps me coming back.

I started as a total newbie with no crossfit experience and loved learning the new skills. I watched myself go from strong to strong and capable of so many skills I never thought I would be able to do, ever! The other members have become such good friends and some even family. You couldn't ask for better trainers than Andrea and Brad or a better group of people to workout with. It doesn't matter if its the first time you have stepped foot in a gym or if you have been an athlete for year, you are treated the same...like family. They will push you when you need it, pick you up when you feel defeated and be your biggest cheerleaders when trying to reach a goal.
