Expérience fantastique: Danny's classes are an absolute hoot! They're high energy cardio and weight training. You pick your own pace, and the other gym members are super supportive. I attend the weekly Boxfit and Bootcamp classes which provide a variety of exercises - just don't ask me to do burpees (!!!) If you're thinking of joining a gym, but don't know where to start, try one of Danny's classes first, you can thank me later =)

Expérience fantastique: Very motivating and makes working out fun. If you love step Shelley is your girl as she certainly teaches you fun and challenging patterns but breaks it down for those that are just beginning. If you are looking for a fun and great workout this is your place.

Expérience fantastique: Fantastic trainers and owners. Amazing and fun atmosphere. If you want to get sweaty and be deliciously sore a day or two later, this is a great place to find a personal trainer, or class to do that. It's also a lot smaller and private than a large box gym, so if you're self conscious, or just don't like the herds of people at those types of places, try Fetter Fitness! Although be aware that you can't work out on your own here. It's not fancy, but the knowledgeable and outgoing people there more than make up for that.
