Expérience fantastique: i have worked out in a number of different sports this is the best full body work out that i have done 75% of the people are not boxers nor do they ever plan on hitting any one it is more like an old rocky movie type gym good old sweat not alot of glitter $125/3 months is a great deal and if you want to spar there are a few people that will help you along

Expérience fantastique: There's no pressure to do the competitive boxing, Colin is an amazing coach and focuses on you being healthy for life,o you being a boxer. But if you want to get into competitive boxing Colin coached in the Olympics, his staff & him have been doing this for a very long time. Fun atmosphere, a great way to stay in shape and a safe way to let off some steam. I've learnt so much from this club, that I could never even explain into words.
