Limestone Athletics offers everything you want from a gym and more. The workouts are always different, challenging, and fun. The results are fast and super motivating. The workout design is killer - tough, for sure, but also the progression throughout the week targets the body appropriately so you can push it while avoiding injury and overwork. The gym has everything you want and the trainers and athletes are solid. I'll admit, I was hesitant to join a CrossFit gym. Limestone Athletics has radically changed my opinion of CrossFit. Expérience fantastique: When I moved to Kingston this summer, one of my top priorities was to find a Crossfit gym. After looking online to see what Kingston had to offer, Crossfit Limestone immediately drew me in because their online presence showed a motivating community with representation from novice crossfitter to multi-year crossfitter and everyone in between. It can be a bit initmidating walking into a new gym for the first time, but Tera made me feel welcome by greeting me at the door, telling me what the class was going to be about, and introducing me to the other members taking the same class. She went through the warm-up slowly, showing me the moves and ensured that I understood them before we moved on to the WOD. The excellent coaching (by Bob, Tera, Andrew, Kira and Janae(-nae)), the truly great people who attend the gym, and the WODs have got me hooked! If you're thinking about joining a gym in Kingston, Crossfit Limestone should be at the top of your list. You will have fun in it's welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, you'll get to listen to some great music, you'll get coached on proper movements and techniques, and most importantly, you'll have fun!

Expérience fantastique: Excellent facility; lots of space, lots of equipment, free parking, and easily accessible from the 401. The staff are very knowledgeable with keen eyes for form correction and excellent coaching of complex movements. The programming is top notch with strength and power work, skill practice, and metabolic conditioning.
