The classes are very affordable, and the value I get from each session is tremendous. What makes it even more meaningful is that all proceeds from the Karma classes go toward helping people in need. Every instructor I’ve interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable, and very supportive—especially for a beginner like me. I've had a great experience and an amazing workout every time I’ve visited the studio.

It challenges my body but also allows me to go at my own pace. The guides (instructors) are amazing and helpful. Over all a great experience! Oh! I can forget the cold cloths with essential oils at the end of class, absolutely amazing!

Expérience fantastique: I absolutely love it here! I started going to classes using their unlimited intro month (which is only $70!) and I went to 20 classes in my first month. I’ve done class with multiple different instructors and loved them all and the different variety it offers. One of my favourite things is the essential oil infused cold cloths they provide at the end of each heated class :) such a refreshing way to close your practice.

I was looking for something restorative for my body and this place has been just that. Every class leaves me feeling relaxed physically & emotionally. Every teacher I’ve had has been the kindest and most supportive guide during the 60 minute practice. I was hooked during my intro month and I now go at least 3 times a week. My body & mind absolutely crave the heat & healing these classes offer. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to connect to themselves in a deeper way. You will find classes to accommodate your skill level and all of the teachers offer modifications for your body’s specific needs & abilities.

Each instructor has their own flare and personality they bring to the class. Change rooms and showers on the men’s side are specious and has 3 showers stalls. Worth going everyday.

This is my first experience doing yoga and I have found this experience to be a judgement free zone offering as much support as you need. The intro package of $69 for your first month can’t be beat! It has allowed me to try many classes to see which I enjoy the most.

Expérience fantastique: I am honestly so happy to have found The Nest. I used to do Yoga regularly for a couple of years when I lived in Moncton and I’ve been wanting to get back into it for a while. I am so glad that I did and that I am doing it at this incredible space. The lovely humans that work there are some of the most genuine and kind-hearted people I have had the pleasure of meeting and they have made me feel welcomed and supported from the start. Every practice I have been to since I started is challenging yet accommodating. I always leave The Nest feeling rejuvenated, happy and at peace. As someone with an anxiety disorder, the practices have been nothing but positive for my mental health. I don’t just recommend Yoga, I recommend practicing at The Nest. You will absolutely not regret it.

Expérience fantastique: I love heated and unheated yoga classes at The Nest yoga. I go about 2-3 times every week. Their classes are always full and some of them may have waitlists but you usually get in with no problem. The only downside is that you have to pay a fee for late cancellation (4 hours for PM classes) which I find a bit too strict. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for both beginners and advanced yogis. You'll love it!

Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the instructors do a really great job at both motivating you and making you feel comfortable to try things at your own level. 5 stars hands down (if I could I would put more :)

Expérience négative: The instructor's are sophisticated and the studio is eloquent, but their new expansion and focus on selling retail clothing is really detracting from the student experience and community aspects of having a yoga studio in the first place. I enjoy “nesting” into my daily practice with a community of people that connect and collaborate, not being locked out front of class 15 minutes before it begins, or be forced to line up outside the back door of the mall because they can’t coordinate having members inside. For me, 50% of the customer experience happens before and after class, so having staff that can’t process payment’s or pick up the phone makes me feel like they’re sacrificing customer service by stretching staff thin with operational tasks.

I don't often get to be in Fredericton, so when I am here, I make it a point to look up the class schedule to fit in a session. The room is excellent. Very hot but well controlled. The instructors are all well versed and the pacing is excellent. While a drop in seems steep, a class pass is a really good investment. This is an excellent studio, do go visit!

Expérience fantastique: I have been looking for a more relaxed Yoga as I recently had hip surgery and am currently limited in ROM. I looked into the Nest, finally a yoga that’s for me.... I attend Yin Yoga with Christina, she is always giving the class a modified option if a certain stretch my be to difficult, which is me most of the time right now, she is always so welcoming, her voice is very relaxing and I always feel refreshed with a clear mind when I leave. Myself and two of my girlfriends have been attending Yin a couple of times a week for the past month or so, I’m pretty sure I can speak for all of us when I say we are beyond satisfied with our experiences thus far... Thank you ladies for all you do!!!!

Expérience fantastique: The nest has recently opened a second room, of NOT heated yoga, and fitness classes. They are addictive! I tried a few while on a 1 month pass, and now it s really all I attend. Monday nights there s an amazing Barre class, with the most positive and fun instructor I ve ever met! Highly recommend this place, even for people that aren t super into yoga (like myself lol)

Je suis resté impressionné par la propreté des lieux et de l'énergie positive que le studio dégage. J'ai tout de suite tombé en amour et je me suis abonné pour 1 mois d'expérimentation très abordable afin de trouver mes styles de classes qui me vont le mieux. Je trouve cette formule vraiment pratique. Seul desacantage a mon avis c'est l'emplacement en plein coeur du centre-ville donc moins pratique pour le stationnement.

This year I decide to check out their website and noticed their Karma classes. Held each week for a donation of just $5.00. $20 a month, that I could do. While practicing at home on other days. I find at Modo everyone is equal. No matter if you've been doing this every day for years or it's your first time. The staff and other members are genuinely supportive and encourage. Thanks guys! The modo class was at a pace that I could participate in and the directions from the teachers were clear and encouraging. It seemed that folks in various levels of their practice can take that class, though there are more advanced classes too. The space is calm, clean and accessible. The reception is helpful. It is so nice to feel hot in January! I think this space can be for all bodies.

I thought the heat would be too much for me but there is something about being in that room! The facilities there are also great. I never feel rushed after class - I can take my time in the studio after class, as well as the locker room or store (they’re the only lululemon carrier in the city). The 8pm classes are very convenient for a new mom because I don’t feel rushed getting there. The atmosphere in the modo class is perfect for me - everyone takes it seriously and respects each others’ practice. The yin class is also a great way to end a Sunday night. My favourite thing so far is the intro month deal - if you attend 12 or more classes you get 50% off your next month! What a great system! You should just go :)

Expérience fantastique: The staff are always super friendly when you walk into the building, you’re always greeted with a smile. The instructors during classes are always very motivational and encourage you to push yourself as you need and will offer alternatives to add extra challenge or alternatives to make challenging poses a bit easier making the classes work at all levels.

Expérience fantastique: I was visiting Modo Yoga Fredericton while attending a conference. Right from the moment I walked into their studio I was made to feel very welcome and at home. In fact the owner even gave me a hug when I introduced myself as a visitor from Modo Yoga Kingston. The teachers I took class were great! I took a variety of classes ranging from a straight-up Modo to a Flow class and Yin, each with some wonderful elements added by the teachers unique styles. Great facilities! Highly recommend!
