Expérience fantastique: Both my children train BBJ here with Cassio Martins. His program is very well done, safe and fun. Evolution is hands down the place to train martial arts in the Fredericton area. If you think about putting your kids in a program or want to do one your self check them out. Give Andy the owner a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Expérience fantastique: I absolutely LOVE this gym. The energy, the staff, the classes...I always have such an amazing time. The culture is what really does it for me. I know if you've never kickboxed before, it can be intimidating but I didn't feel that a bit. The insturctors were very helpful, and the participants were welcoming and encouraging. All levels and abilities are welcomed! Also, there is a certain level of satisfaction that comes with kicking and hitting a bag. :D

Expérience fantastique: My two children do kids BJJ classes here. The facility is awesome, the instructors are too notch, such a great training center! I wish you could see a little more from the viewing area, but other than kids classes it's not really an issue.

I had no choice but to give him my keys, wallet, shirt, and 2'x6' poster of Bruce Buffer. I was devastated, how could someone so easily take what was mine? Now I train at Evolution. 5 stars
