Expérience fantastique: I joined DTC back in Sep. 2017 and DTC has given me a gym experience like no other. The coach’s positive energy and friendliness creates a supportive community where everyone can feel comfortable and confident. He emphasize the importance of personal best and the value of participation no matter the level of skill or ability one brings to class. The workouts are dynamic and different each TRX session so class never feels boring. I always leave the class feeling energized and proud of myself.

Expérience fantastique: Awesome fitness studio. The owner and coach is amazing, and it’s such a friendly and welcoming environment and community. Seeing people transforming their bodies and lives is so inspiring. The workouts are fun, yet hard at the same time with many variations. I've tried different gyms in the past and nothing ever worked as well as classes that Pat offers. Strongly recommend anyone at any fitness levels to try this place out.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been going to DTC over the past 5 months. I am not a morning person but the 6 AM class has literally changed my life. Pat is an amazing, passionate trainer and strike a good balance between challenging you and making sure you are doing the moves correctly. He follows individuals closely - and if needed will quietly approach and offer one on one instructions or modifications as needed. If I could give DTC more stars I definitely would. I recommend DTC to all of my friends and family, and I recommend it to you too. Whether you're just starting out and trying something new, looking to tone, shed some lbs or simply looking for a great sweat session - this is the place you want to be.
