Expérience négative: Went I. For a quick drink after work with a buddy and was denied service by the older bartender who was more concerned with going home than tending to a paying customer. Being in the customer service industry you would think that CUSTOMER SERVICE would be your first priority not closing up to get home. First and last time we will be bringing our business there.

Expérience fantastique: Just a normal gym, the staff are nice

Expérience positive: The gym is beginning to show signs of getting old (as other reviews noted) with broken equipment frequent (example missing knob on sauna requires a pair if pliers ... not a huge deal right but shows the lack of a responsive GM and or owners not interested in the simple costs. It still has many usable machines. Majority of staff are great however some staff are loud and hold unprofessional conversations for the entire gym to here.. I know WAY more than I'd like to know about some staff simply by being in ear shot while trying to relax and work out. Bottom line ... this ain't no Goodlife but is still a sufficient gym for most needs in particular as the only option in town there is no alternative. For the owners 1. Look into repairing equipment and minor issues Like sauna knob etc 2. Order a secret shopper to assess SOME of your staff's professionalism. 3. Ensure staff are adequately stocking cleaning wipes (dependjnf on time of day it can literally be completely out) 4. Ensure staff are adequately manning front desk and validating PIN entry (I can tell you some do not)
