Fantastic experience: My sister had a massage with Mattias Fleming and she said the service was spectacular! Love this place and the staff!

Fantastic experience: I had an initial deep tissue/relaxation massage with Matty a few weeks ago and it was transformational! I have a complicated neck issue that sends me into painful muscle spasms the next day when I receive wrong treatment modalities from other RMTs, Chiropractors, physiotherapists, etc., so I was hesitant to ask Matty for any treatment on my neck. However, to my surprise, my neck felt relaxed and mobile after our first session. Matty was able to make me feel at ease and well cared for during our treatment and I have not experienced another massage session quite like this. I will definitely return to see Matty again and strongly recommend anyone to visit for a powerful and relaxing massage with Matty!

Fantastic experience: #Oceana20th I have known Kasha since 2018 when I got in a car accident and met him in “West Point Grey Physiotherapy “. Kasha has great knowledge and will find the best method/technique which will suit your condition and sensations. During my recovery journey, he has changed his techniques multiple times to get the maximum benefit for my rehabilitation. He is constantly learning and upgrading his knowledge and I can see it through all these years. I am grateful to Kasha that I could recover almost up to 99%. Kasha not only performs great massage, but also teaches you exercises to do on your own at home.

Negative experience: Unfair policies. Was feeling sick and tried phoning to cancel. They don’t answer the phone and also charged me in FULL for my appointment. I might understand a cancellation fee but $170 because I was sick is not fair and they only care about their profits. Owner is unreasonable I tried reaching out and they never even replied. Was a long time customer but I’m never going back again.

Negative experience: I had accident and couldn’t show up for my appointment I asked them to wave the first one cus I couldn’t show up and I couldn’t do anything about it, they told me that this is my second cancellation fee and they waved the first one, that’s a 100% lie and IM pretty sure i showed up all the appointments and i told them to reschedule for me or cancel few appointments before 72 hours except the one that I couldn’t make. And I lost 140$ based on lies.

Fantastic experience: I was clencing a lot as a result of stress. I had pain/soreness around my my jaw as a result. I saw Eleanor for a buccal massage and it helped so much. I'm no longer in pain and I look forward to going back. #Oceana20th

The pressure was just right to leave me feeling mobile and free of nagging discomfort- I didn’t even realize how tight my chest and ribs actually were and how used to just living with it I had gotten until after my massage with her. I am so happy my friend referred me to her :)

Massage started on time which which was a welcome surprise. First RMT I’ve ever been to that has actually stated on time :) Would recommend this place and this masseuse.

Fantastic experience: Had the most wonderful 60 minute prenatal massage with Mattias. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and haven't had a prenatal massage before so I wasn't sure what to expect but it was perfect. I didn't feel rushed at all and they took the time to understand my body needs. The atmosphere was so calm and comfortable and I was so relaxed it was just what I needed. I would recommend a massage with Mattias to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Mattias(Matty) for the duration of my pregnancy for prenatal massages and I cannot emphasize how beyond thankful I am to have found them. They’ve got that magical mix of being super knowledgable and skilled technically while also having an innate talent to find and work through all those crunchy muscles and spots you didn’t even realize were sore. And to top all that goodness off, they are just the kindest and I always leave feeling respected and listened to(and very relaxed obvs). As I said before, I’m so happy to have found them and will be sticking with them postpartum and beyond!

Negative experience: It was not pleasant experience for me. I had a stress relief massage today, but unfortunately the conditions weren't satisfactory. The room and bed were too cold, the equipment was basic, and the massage technique was inconsistent, causing strange pains in different parts of my back. Instead of a heavenly experience, it turned out to be unpleasant and painful.

Fantastic experience: Kasha has been my RMT for a few years. He is amazing. Strong, gentle, peaceful, knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He is constantly increasing his skills. I always return. I always feel better after our session. I highly recommend Kasha Karami.

Fantastic experience: Just amazing! What a cool building! The service was 5 stars, very professional and incredibly relaxing. I tried lymphatic drainage for the first time. It was a unique experience and I loved it. I am hoping it helps with my worsening allergies and my general body edema ect, but if not my skin feels amazing cause it's like being bathed in warm coconut oil! I can't wait to go back. This clinic offers a variety of massages, rehab, deep tissue ect. and will now be a part of my well being arsenal.

He had special pillows that allowed me to comfortably lay on my stomach. Alternatively, he offered the option to lay on my side, providing flexibility to suit my comfort. Kasha's massage technique was spot on. The pressure was just right, and it relieved my back pain. The atmosphere in the treatment room was perfect for relaxation, with soothing music. In summary, if you're an expectant mother looking for a tailored and comfortable prenatal massage, I can only recommend Oceana Massage. My session left me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with significantly less back pain. Thank you!

I have a habit of holding my stress and tension to the neck and shoulder area. She always finds those knots and works to relax them. She makes you feel taken care of.

Negative experience: Unfortunate experience at this facility, this was not a deep tissue massage at all ! $150 wasted. I gave the business an opportunity to retract and the owner was not ready to apologise or do any reimbursement. She was just going on about herself. I would think twice before using their services! I never leave bad reviews but I felt I needed to do this review based on my awful experience
