Fantastic experience: I have been to other gyms in town and that was my intention again, I walked in, was informed of the new day pass rate over $30, looked at the crowded tight space and left. Still needing a pump, I called the number for Palkofit. Upon arriving I was unsure, from the outside it did not appear to be a gym and I parked across the street as directed. The moment I walked in the door, I was in HEAVY HEAVEN!! Private change rooms and variety of shakes and bars for reasonable prices.Quite a few of pieces I had not seen before. Multiple squat racks including a pendulum squat machine!!! If you don't know, look it up, add it to your leg day!! All the equipment was silky smooth and top of the line. My regular workout is 60-90 mins, I spent 3 hours here and loved it. This is new #1 gym in Ontario.

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym in Sudbury! It’s never too crowded there, even during peak hours The equipment is top notch and it’s just a great environment to go train in. I also love Thor greeting me when I come in ❤️

Fantastic experience: This gym started as a hidden gym and has grown immensely into the main Sudbury spot for not only bodybuilding and powerlifting focused people but just someone trying to get a great lift in with a awsome community. I’m personally in love with this gym for many reasons the main being that I show up at 5pm and have max 2 people so the isolation is awsome. Definitely try this place out if you haven’t.

Fantastic experience: the best gym in sudbury! everyone is so friendly, it’s not over crowded, they have so many good machines, it’s always clean and it’s never smelly! if your lucky sometimes there’s super sweet pups too!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym! I have been a member here for over a year and the owners have built a great community for all different types of members. From the friendly knowledgeable staff, hand picked equipment, amenities, and the supplement bar, it has everything you need in a clean well kept facility. And you can’t forget the cutest mascots Evie, Suki, and Thor for when you need some dog therapy. Highly recommend to come test it out. :)

Fantastic experience: Great gym! this place is a vibe, everyone is friendly and welcoming. the machines and equipment are new and well maintained and seem to be always adding new more specialized pieces. The supplement bar is an awesome spot to grab your pre/post workout supplements to really solidify those gains gym is open 24 hours and well maintained! 10/10 would recommend trying this place out

Fantastic experience: Went here over the Easter weekend while my gym was closed. Incredible experience. From the music, to the equipment, to the members, and staff, everything was enjoyable. It starts at the top with the owners, they are there everyday and say hi to everyone in the gym, not just to be polite but it seems like they generally care about their members and have a great relationship with them. Great equipment there as well (my chest is still sore from two days ago). For experienced lifters, they have a nice powerlifting section and some nice leg equipment (pendulum squat, hack squat) for beginners, they have some great trainers and a great, friendly atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: Lots of amazing and unique equipment! The staff are amazing and always pushing you to be your best. The community is one of my favourite parts of this gym
