Bungee Workout Canada

Fantastic experience: Went with a group of ladies to do a bungee class! The instructor was so kind, encouraging and helpful. He took time to give feedback and help to everyone individually throughout the class. He even took tons of photos and videos for us on one of our phones! The class was much more difficult than expected, and in ways we didn't expect, but it was still such an interesting and new experience and we are all glad we went! If it's helpful to anyone - I am not as thin as my friends in the group, and it took a couple tries for me to find the right harness for me. But once I had the right harness, the class became a lot more fun for me! So don't be afraid to ask to try another harness if your weight feels way too forward like mine did.

Fantastic experience: We had an absolute blast with our group of ladies. I highly recommend doing this at least once. I’m definitely going back. What a fun way to spend some time!!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing time! Instructor was awesome! Super friendly and encouraging and as someone that typically doesn't enjoy group fitness or dance class, it was the most fun I've had in a long time. All the laughs and will 100% go back for more!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic class!! The class was a little expensive but it was a blast! The gym itself is very nice, clean, and the floor is very soft and squishy - perfect for bungee! The class was so much fun, we were all smiling the entire time. Cheryl was so nice and accommodating to everyone, and made everyone feel very welcome. I will definitely be going back!
