Brave Culture offers a variety of membership options to suit your needs, including 24/7 open gym access and unlimited coach-led classes. Our class schedule features Strength & Conditioning sessions designed to build endurance and confidence, as well as specialized Seniors Functional Fitness classes that focus on balance, independence, and community. We also offer gentle Yin/Restorative Yoga for stress reduction and deep relaxation.

For those seeking deeper guidance, our Personal Training and small group programs provide tailored programming via our custom app, combined with expert accountability. We utilize advanced InBody composition analysis to track progress beyond simple weight checks, helping you understand your muscle, fat, and water levels. Fantastic experience: All the equipment of a traditional gym paired with open space and lots of it! Basketball hoop and climbing ropes are my favorite way to end a workout! Great atmosphere and a 24/7 key fob make this gym hard to beat.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym. Worked out here every day while in school and loved the people, the facility, and the hours (24 with a keycard). Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing gym, with great trainers, a huge variety of equipment, and overall great space. You can do classes, one on one training, or just come in and do your own thing. We are given key fobs to have 24/7/365 access, so absolutely any schedule works. The trainers are so helpful and knowledgeable, and the programming has proven results for anyone who shows up and puts the time in. The trainers are willing to modify anything for injuries or mobility concerns, absolutely anyone can do the workouts!!
