Fantastic experience: It's a fantastic gym. It is a little small, with only one of each machine, but to me, that's one of the things that I like about it. It's comfortable, and every person I've met here has been kind and helpful. John is a fair and kind owner, and goes out of his way to make sure he has the specific supplements I'm looking for. He's extremely approachable, and he knows the products that he sells. Guy is a phenomenal trainer, attentive and very knowledgeable. He adapts his training to each individual person and their goals, and I'm so happy that I chose this place to achieve mine.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym. Clean and the staff are awesome!! I want to be selfish and say it's ok so I can have the gym time to myself lol! But it is by far the best gym I have ever joined and you should too if you are looking for a quiet, good atmosphere to work out in.

Whether you want to workout or pick up a supplement, John and his team will tailor everything to your specific needs. No subscriptions, come in as little or as often as you want. Shoutout to his personal trainer Guy for his great guidance throughout my workouts!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym. The trainer Guy is awesome. He listens to what your needs are and put you to work. The gym is clean and the equipment is very nice. The staff are friendly and the protein smoothie are tasty.
