F45 Training Brentwood Calgary

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, but I’m severely missing my f45 workouts! I hope to get back to them this fall if our budget allows! This location has great coaches and a super owner!

Fantastic experience: Brentwood F45 is a welcoming and well managed gym. The workouts are not only challenging, but guided by friendly and motivating coaches. The fellow members are a community who encourage each other. The class times fit perfectly into my lifestyle too! I’ve never belonged to a gym, but I’m so happy I joined this one!!

Fantastic experience: F45 is a great workout! I usually burn between 450-750 calories per session. The classes are different every day so it also keeps you interested! The staff is very helpful and encouraging as well!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I was nervous getting back into regular workouts after the pandemic, but F45s encouraging coaches, welcoming community, and incredible variety of workouts have me completely hooked. It's not at all intimidating and I look forward to each class.

Fantastic experience: I love this studio!! The trainers are supportive and encouraging, the atmosphere is very welcoming to everyone, and the class times are really convenient to make sure I can fit exercise into my life. This F45 is really well managed and I recommend it to everyone! :)

Fantastic experience: If you're looking to work yourself into a pool of sweat, look no further! This is an amazing full body workout that will leave you exhausted and feeling great. The coaches here at Brentwood F45 are all super helpful and encouraging, and there is a good range of weights/equipment for all abilities. I highly recommend coming here for a great workout!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my very first F45 experience this morning. It’s amazing! Malika is inspirational, encouraging and caring. I have a quite weak core, and I haven’t been exercising in a loooooooong time. However, I never felt pressured here. Classmates worked hard, which set good examples for me. I also felt so refreshed after the work out, and I believe this early morning achievement will enlighten my whole day. I’ll definitely try it again, and I’ve booked another session already!

Fantastic experience: F45 opening near me was such a blessing! I was worried about getting back to the gym after being away for so long but everyone has been so encouraging and supportive. The coaches are always so energetic and enthusiastic and the community is welcoming. I'm excited to continue my fitness journey with F45 Brentwood :)

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Calgary and was pumped to see there was an F45 in my neighbourhood! Ryan and the team made me feel super comfortable. All of the coaches are encouraging and really take the time to get to know each member. Can't wait to be back in the studio after lockdown #3!
