Welcome to the Pictou County Gymnastics Club, a vibrant not-for-profit organization based in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Governed by a dedicated Board of Directors comprising parents, coaches, and community members, we are committed to fostering health, fitness, and gymnastics excellence within our local community. Our mission is to provide a welcoming and safe environment where athletes of all ages can thrive.

We offer a comprehensive range of programs designed to meet athletes at every stage of their development. Our journey begins early with our Kindergym program for toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and Preschool classes for ages 3 to 5, where children engage in guided active play and familiarize themselves with gymnastics equipment under the supervision of trained coaches. For school-aged children, our Recreational classes provide a fun and engaging environment where participants warm up together before practicing skills on specialized equipment with certified coaches.

For those looking to take their gymnastics to the next level, the Pictou County Gymnastics Club offers Advanced, Pre-Competitive, and Competitive programs. These invitation-only classes focus on refining technique, building strength and flexibility, and developing the advanced skill sets necessary for high-level competition. Experienced coaches are on hand to guide athletes toward achieving their personal and competitive goals.

Beyond traditional gymnastics, we believe in inclusive fitness for all ages. Our Teen Gym program allows adolescents (ages 13-18) to move at their own pace in a lightly structured, fully supervised setting. Additionally, our Retired Living Classes offer a gentle yet effective workout for seniors, incorporating stretching, strengthening, balance exercises, seated yoga, and movement to music. We also introduce the dynamic discipline of Parkour for ages 8 and up, focusing on running, climbing, swinging, and landing techniques.
