Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. I love it.

Negative experience: It's just Meh for me. Super small, not enough equipment, very dated and a bit expensive. Clientele is an older crowd. Had a membership for a year and cancelled, I love going to the gym but this place didn't do it for me. It felt more like visiting someones home gym. Gets the job done if you're looking to do light exercise here and there.

Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They will tty to squeeze every penny out of your pocket. I just cancelled my membership and regret ever month i paid money just for 20 mins of pool usage each week. No help for customizing a fair plan for your use. Very limited hours. And the staff there arent there to help you, or make you feel welcome. They just want you to over pay, and hurry up and leave. Theres something to be said about staff who value their "rules" more than their members and customers. If i felt welcome, id stay. I only use the pool, and still they dint carr to accomodate that for my plan, or even let me swim for an extra 10 mins before they close up. They rush you out before closing, and make you feel like you're just a bother to them. For being thr only womens pool in town... seriously reconsider going here. Its terrible. And a waste. Think about where you support with you hard earned dollars. Dont tollerate bullying and unfair exchange for your money.

Positive experience: Has the basic equipment you need for a smaller sized gym. Staff is very friendly. Not too busy which i love. Offers classes, access to hot tub and pool with membership

Positive experience: Tried a 1 week trial and it had all the necessary equipment in order for me to do my power training. I am giving this a 3 star because every time I go to the washroom, it always smells and it is not clean. I also find it that they aren't turning up the AC high enough which makes it sometimes hot. Pricing is not bad either but I may shop around...
