Fantastic experience: Your time fitness made me feel comfortable being in the gym for the first time when I joined a year ago. The staff is incredibly friendly & encouraging in your journey to feeling better about oneself. There’s a wide range of all ages & ppl in all stages of fitness that makes it feel welcoming.

Negative experience: I recommend reading over the contract you sign when you sign up. I was told by employees if I wanted to cancel my membership it had to be 2 weeks in advance and I could no longer go after it was canceled to finish the month, then I was told 3-5 days in advance which is what I did but then when they took money out of my account the next month after I cancelled they told me I couldn’t get it back because it wasn’t 3-5 business days and it’s in the contract but then when I read the contract it said 30 days in advance. So just warning people to read the contract because they will try and scam you any way possible.

Fantastic experience: White Pines is by far the best gym I have ever been apart of! As someone who has just started their fitness journey, I couldn’t think of a better place to do it! The staff are SO lovely, they take the time to remember your name and keep up with your progress! The facility is beautiful, clean and has everything you need! When I’ve asked about equipment they didn’t have, the next workout I seen they’d gone out and picked it up! Can’t say that about everyone! If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few gyms around town and by far the best atmosphere! Has everything you need for a good workout without feeling overwhelmed by a million machines. Plus their lovely staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: White Pines is truly a gym like no other. It’s a beautiful, bright space with an incredibly welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere. Management, staff and other members are all friendly and welcoming. Lots of variety with equipment and they’re continuously adding new equipment. They take member feedback and actually put it into bettering the facility. As someone who used to feel very insecure and anxious in gyms…..this place has been absolutely amazing to find. Can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Really nice facility, clean and modern. Great gym overall!

Negative experience: Be very careful giving your debit or credit info to them. After cancelling they continuously charge and hope you don't notice. They tell you your card is removed from their system and then the next month, charged again. Also if you were supposed to get a get one month free deal you probably didn't get it unless you fight with them about it for months. The membership was for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: White Pines is definitely my go to gym in St. John’s. The staff there is amazing and are always constantly working to make sure that members have the best experience possible. Even throughout the trying times of covid they are always getting new equipment to ensure that members have everything they could possibly need to get a great workout in! The facility is beautiful and is always very very clean. The membership rates are excellent also. I am very excited for the future of White Pines and I can’t wait to get back for my next workout!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about this gym. I have worked out all over, from the mun field house, to GoodLife and every place in between and White Pines is second to none. I don’t even know where to begin in sharing how amazing this place is. From the location, parking, pristine calming environment, decor, music, energy and beautiful new equipment- this is the place to be. Never overcrowded and the vibe is just so respectful, positive, inclusive and comfortable! And then there is the staff, I cannot say enough about Dawn and our front end chats and welcomes that really set your workout right! The owner is always there checking on equipment making sure everything is okay and will always offer up a friendly hello and a smile. I’ve been searching a lifetime for a gym like this and am so lucky to have found one at White Pines Wellness

Negative experience: Great gym but terrible to deal with, I cancelled my membership last month and then a few days later get charged for it. Called the gym 5-6 different times and everyone told me that the manager would get back to me but never did, went to the gym to get an answer and they basically say there’s nothing they can do for me

Fantastic experience: Great facility! Space is very bright and welcoming, along with very clean machines/equipment. Staff members are also top notch!
