Fantastic experience: Had a great class here when I came to Halifax to visit for business last time. Unfortunately, no longer on class pass so I can’t go anymore as someone who is constantly travelling. But the owners and coaches are really nice and give great tips.

Fantastic experience: A supportive and welcoming gym community. The coaches are great and they can help with modifying exercises so workouts can be accessible for all fitness levels. The gym is conveniently located in the north end so you don’t have to battle downtown traffic and parking.

Fantastic experience: Loving F45 Hydrostone. The coaches are super friendly and supportive! They’re there to watch your form and make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly. I started around 18months postpartum and after going for 4months I’m in better shape than pre pregnancy. I’m so grateful for the team and the fun environment! The workouts are always changing to keep it interesting and spicy!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place to come and workout. You’re not totally the same after each workout. The best thing, is a wonderful community who support and motivate each other, amazing music, great coaches, and fantastic vibes! Give a shot, I’m pretty sure you won’t regret! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Come for the workout, stay for the coaches! The Hydrostone team is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and ridiculous in all the best ways. Want someone to dance to a Cher remix while you squat? They got you. Need someone to put a plate on your back when something feels too easy? They got you. Crave someone who cheers as you (very slowly) work your way up to a *real* chin-up? They got you! ..Looking for something boring that you’ll quit after a month? This ain’t it. 11/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: There are not enough good things to say about F45 in general, especially the Hydrostone location. It’s community without cliques, group fitness without pressure, (optional) meal plans without guess work, personal training without 1-on-1 costs. It is truly the perfect place to start or continue your fitness journey, and is the best part of my day.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a little over 3 months since they opened and it is by far the best workout I’ve done in HRM! The classes are dynamic, exciting & provide an exceptional workout. The coaches and owners care so much about the community they have created and continue to make people feel like they are welcome and at home whether it is their first or fiftieth class! 10/10 would recommend to anyone to try!

Fantastic experience: This is the best thing I’ve ever signed up for. There is so much structure from the coaches/owners and the program. It doesn’t matter what body type you are or how old you are, there is such a community vibe and everyone Motivates everyone. You can’t wait to go the next day. I would suggest it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: F45 Hydrostone is a fantastic gym for both beginners and people more experienced in their fitness journey! The workouts are dynamic and fun and can be tailored to all levels. The trainers are motivating and create such a supportive atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more. The use of the LionHeart system adds an extra level of excitement and motivation to my workouts. The location is great and has parking (which is a bonus). Highly recommend F45 Hydrostone!
