Negative experience: I think the owner of this gym is a very arrogant person. Great facility, but no worth giving business to a person who shows zero respect in general. It’s been said on here before, and here it is again.

Positive experience: One of the oldest hardware store in Winnipeg!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Sean, the owner, is friendly but very motivating. Every day is a different workout - and always challenging. Great prices as well, won't get anything better in the city.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Friendly staff and owner who will kick your a**. So if you’re lucking motivation - this is the right place. New work out every day, more space in the new building, however I liked the Waverly location more as it was closer to my place. Also the Physiotherapy centre is great here!

Negative experience: Owner is a complete and total ass. Disrespectful and rude, I can't imagine anyone would have a good experience here. Gyms are a dime a dozen, find a good one instead of wasting your time here

Fantastic experience: Sean gives you the work out of a life time. He cares about the workout you're getting. The staff at Impact are genuinely kind people. They go out of their way to make sure you're receiving an amazing work out. The facilities are always clean and the facility is large!
