Fantastic experience: If you’re looking to learn how to place fitness into your lifestyle very seamlessly then it’s worth your while to work with Peter. As someone who has worked out for many years, there are a lot of things he has shown me that would have made my life easier years ago… I guess my point here is don’t wait to simplify your life. We all need fitness and working with someone like Peter is the right move to make it interesting, fun, impactful, and much more.

Fantastic experience: Peter is the most knowledgeable person I have met when it comes to holistic fitness - he incorporates mind, body, and nutrition as the essence of success. His in person and online options allow for you to work your fitness routine and goals into your every day life. Aside from being diligently invested in each of his clients success, he is also an incredible accountability coach. Fitness journeys are not linear but there is no one better than Peter to have by your side motivating you and holding you accountable for your goals.

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend Peter - I was in a car accident and had shoulder dysfunction and improper movement patterns. Peter kept me accountable for my progress and helped me get my strength back and got me moving again.

Fantastic experience: Peter is a passionate and knowledgeable trainer who brings his all to every session. If you are frustrated about not losing weight or feeling confused at the gym….especially women…..I highly recommend Peter. You will gain muscle and lose fat and the metal health benefits are indescribable. He always has a positive attitude, he doesn’t just make you do 100 burpees, he knows how to address any mobility issues and he makes sure to do things the right way from the start. You are in good hands! There are so many online trainers now and ‘nutrition coaches’, most of them are a scam, Peter will not let you down, the best investment in my health I have made and will continue to make for years to come.

He is always innovating and even offers online coaching. I travel a lot for work, so this lets me workout from anywhere! Peter is great at providing weekly updates which help keep me motivated and focused on my fitness goals. With Kristian's busy work schedule, online coaching was the way to go. Programming workouts that at times couldn't utilized gym equipment was important to Kristian as he needed to workout from his hotel room or with very minimal equipment.

Fantastic experience: Pete at 302 fitness is the kind of personal trainer you want in your corner no matter your level of knowledge/expertise when it comes to working out. And considering how flexible he can be with scheduling, you have no excuse. Before him I would go on 2/3 month trends of consistent working out, followed by giving up and my diet was just a complete tossup from day to day. Pete finally helped me connect the dots and understand why each component of ‘fitness’ is equally important to the next. With the help of his progress monitoring system I was actually able to see, in real time, how changes in my workout program and diet affected my energy, mood and strength gains. Not to mention, he would be on my case about calorie tracking and whatever solo workouts I was doing which for me personally was the main reason I sought out a trainer. I was a client of his for over a year and would’ve continued on if it wasn’t for changes in my own personal situation. All in all, if you’re looking to pay someone just so you can say “I have a personal trainer”, don’t bother. If you want someone that will hold you accountable, who won’t let you give up and who will come up with an all encompassing fitness plan, specifically catered to you and your goals… there’s nowhere else I’d look but 302 fitness. I’m as stubborn as they come and not only did Pete work around that, he helped me see results and completely changed how I view fitness. It’s no longer a chore. Why are you still reading this? Give Peter a call.

Fareez had movement & mobility goals that he wanted to accomplish. We worked on that with more specific mobility programming that put an emphasis on strengthening his shoulders & scapula (shoulder blades)

Fantastic experience: Peter knows how to motivate you to help you achieve your fitness, health, and nutrition goals. He is well educated on the subject matter and makes each training session challenging but rewarding. He takes the time to understand your goals and personalizes a realistic and sustainable plan to help you achieve them. Paul's weight loss goal is currently being accomplished, with a goal of losing over 30 pounds Paul is well on his way, already losing 5-7lbs and improving his fitness lifestyle. Paul also does workouts & cardio on his own time that's programmed by myself.

He has a deep understanding of the science behind it which allows him to tailor workouts for each of his clients needs. The online coaching service gives her the flexibility of having a personal trainer while also staying flexible with her time with her baby.

Fantastic experience: Top notch experience with Peter as a personal trainer. He took time to set up a workout plan for exactly my needs. Very hands on when it comes to examples and quick to let you know if you’re doing something incorrect or if your posture needs adjustment. 10/10 would recommend.
