Fantastic experience: I started going to this gym last fall. I appreciate how the equipments are clean, the women's washroom/shower area, although smaller, feels like I'm at a spa (its modern and clean), and there's always a supply of sanitizing products unlike other gyms I went to. The staffs are friendly, always have a smile on their face, and are always there to help. I love that its open 24/7, though I never really used the gym between 10pm-7am. This gym is not very big, but it was never crowded when I used to go. They have 3 power bars which is pretty good for a gym this size! Their yoga class is my favorite and Linda is a wonderful instructor who knows her stuff well and always makes sure you have a fun, yet safe and injure-free practice (I love to challege myself haha). I miss going to the 8am Satruday yoga, the boothcamp and the people I used to yoga+bootcamp with. Going to this gym is like being part of a community. I moved recently tho and this gym is far from my new place. If you live in the area, I highly recommend this gym. No initiation fee (just pay first and last), no fee to use the locker, has washroom + shower, and its got everything from traditional workout equipments, to a studio, and classes (ie. yoga, bootcamp, zumba)--all included in your membership.

Fantastic experience: Clean, great selection of equipment, and good customer service. Being able to freeze my membership and know that I can come back to is a month or so down the line takes alot of the stress away. Don't have to worry that I'm wasting money not being there or feel that shame that I want to take time off to focus on other goals! Just email your branch your info and time your taking off and coming back. Amazing

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, excellent variety of equipment, not too crowded, music, open 24/7 with security key access during non-staffed hours. Showers, day lockers. Friendly staff (Kyle). Good value. There’s not much else I need or want in a gym. I hope they expand to more locations because they definitely fill a specific niche in this market.

Fantastic experience: There are heavy bags, there's a sled with turf, it's open 24/7 - these three things as a combo are hard to find. Love the vibe at vive. Gym is clean. People are classy. Equipment is premium. Bonus that it's close to so many grocery and food places, and close to many bus stops.

Fantastic experience: Took some getting used to after having been at a competitor's gym. I decided to switch because I'd prefer something closer and its 24 hours. The gym is a hard grind workout place, you're there to work out and that's the business. What I really like is they have a heavy bag area to workout something lacking in other gyms. Its definitely a place for people into serious strength training and not about the glitz and glamour. Very motivating to workout there.

Fantastic experience: Very clean. Less people so you will get machines free. The staff is very nice, kind and helpful. They also have different type of classes on going and which you could just drop in. They have punch bags, punch mitts, Boxing kicks pads and many more! For parking, there is Freshco just across the gym which has 2 hour limit parking so you would be good. The gym is open 24 hrs which is one of the best advantage.

Fantastic experience: For what it is—an affordable, 24 hour gym—this place is hard to beat. It’s clean, empty enough that I’ve never had to wait for equipment, and the management are kind and welcoming. It comes with three power racks, one of which is almost always available.

Fantastic experience: All the basic equipment needed for a good workout. I really like the equipment for conditioning such as the sled, battle ropes and heavy bags.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional gym! A professional, friendly and clean environment creates an enjoyable and safe experience while working out. It is never overly busy so you never find yourself waiting around for equipment. The staff goes above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service and is always happy to help. Couldn't ask for a better atmosphere while getting back into my fitness journey :)

Fantastic experience: Well maintained space and even during peak hours there is generally enough space and free equipment for you get done what you have too. Considering the limitations of the space, the current selection of machines and cable stacks are well laid out. The only downside in terms of the current equipment is the lack of plate loaded machines (all machines are pin selector type) which is a bit limiting when it comes to maxing out on legs for example, but there are ample squat racks to make up for that.

Fantastic experience: Clean, friendly and smaller in size but fully equipped w/lots of fun classes and plenty of space on off-peak hours. Pleasure to train here! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Not crowded, clean and has almost everything. It's pretty small but great atmosphere. Exceptionally helpful and friendly manager (Kyle), definitely recommend vive over the bigger franchises

Fantastic experience: I have known the manager from college and Kyle has always been amazing and helpful. The staff and management is excellent. Atmosphere is very nice and everyone is friendly. If you're looking for a kick a$$ gym and people who know their stuff then this is the place to be! 11/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: This gym is surprisingly not busy even on weekends and weekday nights, which is a big plus. The equipment is well-maintained and other patrons are respectful towards it. The staff are very friendly and are always glad to assist. A free one hour personal assessment is great too if you aren't sure how to approach the machines or your specific goal

Fantastic experience: Best deal in town. Clean well equipped friendly and a great price. Includes multiple free quality classes especially yoga with David. The Yoga alone is well worth the price of admission.

Fantastic experience: This location is great. Kyle is beyond helpful and always willing to answer any questions I or other members may have. He is always visible and connected to what is going on in the gym. Members tell me they feel comfortable when Kyle is around. Very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Started my membership with Vive Fitness summer2018. I’m glad I joined this gym. The place is clean, great equipments and super friendly staff. I like attending Ruth’s class every Saturday morning. She is an amazing Zumba instructor. She turns working out and dance routines into a fun and entertaining environment! Good to know they now added Zumba Toning every Monday evening. More reason to visit Vive!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym since it opened, and have watched it get better and better every month. The gym is clean, the staff helpful and there are tons of classes Included with the membership fee. The yoga teacher David is a gifted teacher, and Linda, Connie, Ruth and every other teacher I’ve tried are also excellent. With the gym being 24/7 there’s no excuse for not going and I thank Vive Fitness for setting me back on the path to wellness.

Fantastic experience: Pro: This gym is not busy, is clean, has all the essential equipment and has wifi. Also, it is 24/7. Con: Bike machines are very old school. Wish they would have had some update bike machines which have speed and distance with an option to download the data on to a usb just like their running machines. The bike machine does have watts, cadence and heart rate which is at the very least, helpful.

Fantastic experience: Clean and very new equipment, with circuit training, free weights and studios offering yoga to Zumba to spinning. No-contract 24/7 access is a bargain at 50/month.
