Fantastic experience: Great community and challenging workouts. Started about in Feb 2022 couldn’t do a single pull-up. Completed a WOD today with 72 pull-ups. Overall fitness in all areas has improved dramatically.

Fantastic experience: Such an inclusive and inviting environment, especially for people new to CrossFit! Extremely welcoming and friendly, has now become my favourite gym in town. The workouts are great for all skill levels, beginner to advanced.

Fantastic experience: Nicest box I have been to in any city. Its huge and clean and has all the equipment. Staff seems incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I wish i lived in Red Deer so I could come regularly.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pure. The trainers are top notch providing the best technique and programming. I am a chiropractor I am always aware of biomechanics and proper form which you will get taught well by the trainer here. The space is fantastic and always clean. I trained here several years before moving away or I would still be at Pure. With my travels has given me lots of experiences at other CrossFit boxes, which were good but I would rate Pure as great!

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere! The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The community is awesome and really welcoming. The gym is also spotless which is really nice.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great community. Clean and well organized.

Negative experience: Knowledgeable straight forward trainers and a clean facility, but i find it hard to get them to go above and beyond. Not much for encouragement during a wod. Mostly negative feedback. they don't generally try to learn your name let alone anything about you. They never teach mobility or even mention it. And they do handstand walks every class, every day. Child care is frustrating to as they won't allow your kids on the main floor where you can keep an eye on them, 5$ per child if they happen to have someone available to watch the kiddies upstairs. Sorry but i haven't had a great experience here over all and i really did try to.
