We take pride in creating a comfortable and safe environment where you are encouraged to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. We want your experience to be great, not only from your workout but from the friends you make while training here.
Check out the many fitness programs we offer including but not limited to Yoga, Booty Barre, Cycle, TRX and more. Can't make it to the gym today, maybe check out an online class. Something for everyone!

Positive experience: This is such a great addition to the community. The gym is excellent and the squash courts are open and bright. The staff are always willing to help out. Only thing is you have to pay for parking for drop in.

Fantastic experience: Great place friendly staff. Great if you are in door training for running. A little bit expensive for a membership if you are not a student.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic, modern facility with very friendly staff. They offer 4 squash courts, an oval walking/running track, a fitness room, lots of modern cardio equipment and free weights. You have to pay for parking (Monday through Friday only) but it’s included with a monthly or annual membership.
