Fantastic experience: My FAVE gym ever and my second home. Absolutely amazing coaches & front desk staff. Every class is incredible with good vibes, amazing music, a challenging workout and community spirit. Your cardio endurance, strength and stamina will be tested and will improve every time. The community is unmatched - everyone is always cheering on their neighbors from celebrating someone’s 10th ride to their 1000th. I’ve made so many friends in the SPINCO community, in HRM and across Canada. As a result of my fitness routine with a lot of regular spinning, among other activities, my resting HR is in the 50s. Love you SPINCO HRM!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love it! I’m not a cardio person at all, can’t believe I make it till the end. I love the dim lights, makes me feel very comfortable of making ugly face since it’s very tiring workout.

Not only are the instructors super helpful, but other members of the class are always eager to help whether it's to adjust your bike, help you with weights, etc. Beginning spin classes was intimidating at first but I quickly gained confidence after realizing that SPINCO is a safe, judgement-free place to learn and grow.
