The instructors are amazing very attentive and engaging for the kids to do their best….. my son absolutely loves it!! It provides people with a safe and friendly space to train in, whether your goal is to learn a fighting discipline from one of the many great, professional instructors they have or just to get some exercise in general, Lions Cage MMA is the place to go. Our Striking coach, Manny is a phenomenal coach and a remarkable man. He is extremely versed and knowledgeable about fighting. If anyone's looking for a gym to join I'd highly recommend Lions Cage MMA.

Fantastic experience: my 3 boys (all 3 are 6 years old - yes triplets :) started at Lion’s cage and they have been having a blast with the the mixture of work outs - striking and kids obstacle courses which the kids refer to (ninja Training lol ) Instructors are very knowledgeable and incorporate just enough fun that the hour goes by quicker then expected . I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking to sign up their kids .

Fantastic experience: As Brampton's newest MMA and Fitness gym, Lions Cage will quickly become the best of the best! With experienced and professional trainers who are eager to instruct and assist based on my needs and personal fitness goals, Lions Cage thrives to make its facility as comfortable as possible for its patrons. The gym is spotless - cleaned and sanitized top to bottom, before and after each use. The instructors are incredible - very well versed not only in MMA training, but also PT & Nutrition for any sport or fitness goal, extremely professional and easy to approach. They are excellent with kids as well, as I've witnessed during the Kid's classes. I've experienced the Women's classes first-hand, and as someone who is not typically interested in going to commercial gyms, my first one-hour session at Lions Cage had me hooked and keeps me going back for more! The time and care they take when instructing students, and providing the necessary assistance when needed, alongside workouts that were not only physically gruesome but actually FUN - what more could you ask for? The class consisted of weight training, HIIT circuits, boxing and a much needed post-workout stretch. All in all, Lions Cage MMA & Fitness is definitely a 5-star facility, one that I have and will continue to recommend to anyone looking to get active, in a comfortable, safe, welcoming, and judgement-free gym. If you're interested in MMA classes (including boxing, kickboxing, sparring, etc.), weight training, sport-based training, agility training, kids' classes, women's only classes - this is the spot for you. Whether you're a novice or a pro, Lions Cage is where you need to be!
