Fantastic experience: Jamie at Crossfit Renegade has been a great instructor for me for over 2 years. He understands how to design my workouts to suit my body and gives the push/encouragement needed to drive me to reach the goals I've set out to accomplish. The group atmosphere and culture of the gym is outstanding. There's always a good group of people who over time, have become good friends as well. They are very welcoming to newcomers, so all are welcome, no matter where they are at in their conditioning

Fantastic experience: It is a pleasure attending classes at Crossfit Renegade. Nothing gets by Jamie and Dan. These fully qualified instructors discreetly make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Virtually every class is different. Every class is as challenging as you want it to be. I so wish I found this gem of a place earlier. Oh well, I'm attending now and love it. The clientele is completely diverse - from absolute beginner to elite athletes. Everyone belongs. All ages and ethnicities and all have great attitudes.

Fantastic experience: Great gym (Box)! The coaching is fantastic! They listen to your issues, goals and stories. And they never forget. I am a 50+ year old man. My fitness is average or less. The coaching is right on point for my goals, fitness level and age. You can’t beat the pricing! The other athletes are friendly and I have never felt judged or belittled. So get in there and they will get you going on a healthy track!

Fantastic experience: Working with Fidds for personal training for over a year now, it is safe to say he is extremely knowledgeable and is able to push you to your limits (safely as well). With his experience both training clients and his own training, there is nowhere to hide when you feel tired and beaten down. In addition to this, it is lots of fun and you are surrounded by other motivated people working just as hard or harder. Very motivating.

Fantastic experience: Jamie runs the CrossFit sessions for our youth hockey team and he is fantastic. Disciplined, tough and controlled, the sessions are great. The kids really develop and grow in a positive (but serious) environment.
