Fantastic experience: Yuma Hemphill is not only one of the kindest individuals I have ever met, but his hands are truly magical—I affectionately refer to him as the "Magician." Over the past seven years as his patient, I've found that I rarely need to see him more than three times (at most) to address any injury, even with some serious ones from high-intensity competitive sports. I wholeheartedly recommend Yuma!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Nick Walsh for a few months now treating shoulder impingement, and working on increasing shoulder mobility for swimming. Nick is very knowledgeable and helped me understand the cause of my shoulder pain, and how I could strengthen certain muscles to prevent re-injury. I always leave the sessions feeling better, I no longer have shoulder pain, and I have noticed my shoulder range of motion is increasing. I can't recommend Nick enough!

Fantastic experience: I visited Totum for osteopathic services and had a session with Yuma. I suffer from TMJ disorder, headaches, neck and trap discomfort, and right-side body imbalances. Yuma is incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic, delivering exceptional care and patience. His treatment was comprehensive, incorporating various techniques, along with at-home management strategies and exercises. Since seeing Yuma, my headaches have disappeared, neck and trap pain reduced significantly, TMJ disorder improved, and right-side body imbalances notably better. I'm immensely grateful for Yuma and the benefits of osteopathy. Despite living in York Region, I travel to downtown Toronto for Yuma's appointments, which are well worth the journey!

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with consistent pain and flare-ups for a long time now. I tried a few others with little success, no one has been able to either help me understand my problem or get me feeling better and back to where I want to be so I thought I would give Totum a chance. I saw Dr. Nick who in my initial appointment listened to everything I had to say, this made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was able to identify what has been going on, which makes so much sense now, then created a clear plan to help me. Not only did I feel way better after our first appointment but he put together a set of personalized exercises to perform at home which I feel have dramatically influenced my improvement in the right direction. After seeing him a couple of times I already feel a MILLION times better and can see a huge improvement in my day to day life. Dr. Nick's understanding of the human body as it relates to pain and injuries is incredible, how he applied treatment techniques that worked and provided me with a tailored exercise program which was clearly thought out demonstrates he is top notch. I highly highly recommend both Dr. Nick and Totum.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many chiropractors and physiotherapist in the past , as I have been an aesthetician for about 20 years in the spa industry which is very hard on ones body but Kelly Snowden have been my chiropractor for over 10 years and always seem to know how to adjust me and help me to continue to do what I love . My job requires me to work long hours , bending over clients during facials and always on my feet , so I do need this for maintaining the best posture and working longer in this career. I also see Katie Snowden for physio therapy at Totum too , they are both very good at their jobs and have a lot of experience, it shows in the results you get in just one session . Fantastic experience: Totum has been a phenomenal physiotherapy experience! They're thorough, thoughtful, and considerate of what you need, and help build a plan with you to get you there. Their partner app that tracks your progress is simple enough, and their personal service is exceptional. I've been working with Victoria who has been nothing short of amazing. Outside of diagnosing the right challenges, she has exceptional bedside manner, and is a great motivator. I definitely recommend Totum for physiotherapy, they have been great to me.

Fantastic experience: Victoria Lavinskas has been doing her best to keep my septuagenarian body in some semblance of athletic readiness. She knows her stuff, immediately finds the weak points and goes to work on them. There is no cure for being 70, but a really good physio is the next best thing. I am materially better off than when I started with her.

Fantastic experience: I had a 'frozen' shoulder and I was seeing Susie (RMT) and Kayla (Physio) regularly. Susie really helped to work on all my tight shoulder/upper body muscles and Kayla helped me to increase my range of motion. My shoulder is so much better now, almost at 100% which is great for a previously 'frozen' shoulder. Thanks Team!

Fantastic experience: The staff are knowledgeable and kind. I have worked with Victoria Lavinskas and Andrew Sulkowski and they are both incredible professionals.

Fantastic experience: As a regular runner, I experience frequent niggles, tweaks, and minor injuries. I rely on the professional physios and RMTs at Totem (Roxstudio) to keep me going, and get me back on the road when the wheels come off! I can particularly recommend physios Katie Snowden and Victoria Lavinskas, who are both runners themselves, as they always seem to be able to fix me up with their healing powers. I can also strongly recommend Susie Tucker (RMT) for her amazing "MT". Thank you to all of them.

Fantastic experience: I have struggled for years with my left knee after a skiing accident 30 years ago. I’ve done surgery, physio, chiropractic work - basically everything. I started Totum 6 weeks ago and have never seen such accelerated improvement in my knee. It’s a rigorous program and the app keeps me on track at home doing all those little exercise you can struggle to stay on top of. They really know they’re stuff!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Totum for almost 2 months treating an ankle injury. Victoria is extremely professional, a good listener and very knowledgeable. The diagnosis was very thorough, I always feel much better after each treatment and the at home exercises are very effective. The booking process is very easy, can be done all online and during these times they have high protocol standards. I have felt safe and well taken care of. I am so grateful to be able to return to a normal lifestyle little by little. I def recommend Victoria. She will listen to all your concerns with patience and care.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing weekly physio therapy with Victoria Lavinskas for over a month. I initially went to see her for a partially torn glute which she was quickly able to treat and provide an appropriate home exercise program.Since then we have been working on resolving chronic low back pain. Victoria is an excellent therapist and I would highly recommend her! She is a very thorough at diagnosing your issues, she is a great listener, very knowledgeable regarding different treatment protocols and devising innovative (but doable) treatment plans. She is also able to think outside the box. Victoria is extremely dedicated and passionate about her work. I have seen all kinds of therapists over the years...Victoria is right at the top of the list!

Fantastic experience: Chiropractor Andrew Sulkowski is the best I have seen for sports-type injuries, and I have seen a lot of physios, doctors, and chiros over the years. He gives me exercises to do so I don't have to keep coming back unless it's needed. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are not the cheapest but you know you are getting top notch treatment and help.
