Negative experience: Poor customer service and impossible to get out of the contract should your life circumstances change.I would not recommend it if you are a mom and your schedule depends alot on children

Fantastic experience: I love kickboxing, and 9rounds was a great fitness option for me. 9rounds offers a variation of workouts at every nine stations. The coaches are supportive, and the members are friendly and fun to interact with. I found that going to the gym, I get bored quickly.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely perfect for someone who wants to see results without having to go to the gym for two hours to then have to also figure out what exercises to do. No learning curve like going to the gym by yourself, or being the newbie of a martial arts class, or dealing with the crunchiness of group workouts. You get a trainer to personally push you to make the most out of a 30 minute high intensity workout - hardly any time out of your day and amazing results week after week! Cardio, core strength, balanced improvement of both upper body strength and lower body strength, and muscle tone and definition are goals I achieved in just a few months of workouts and I'm still seeing improvements to this day.

Not only is it a time efficient strength and cardio workout, but it is SOOO MUCH FUN. The 30 minutes flies right by and the workouts (always something new) really help improve balance, coordination, and relieve everyday stress. 100% recommend.

Negative experience: Took full payments during Covid lockdown/gym closure $140 a month! I was told there is still online workouts, yes on You-tube there is for free!!! When lockdown was over impossible to book a time that worked with my schedule and still they did not give a break on payments. Terrible customer service!

Fantastic experience: I love the total body workout in 30 mins. The trainers at my 2 locations are all fabulous and supportive. I have been a member for 3 years now and working hard toward my Golden Gloves which marks 500 workouts. A little behind due to the pandemic closures but so happy we are back in action, even if there are less people at a time, the trainers still keep pushing us (between their rigorous cleaning routine) and keep the energy high!!! I don’t like missing workouts and I aim to make it 3-5 days a week. If that means dropping kids off at their activities and squeezing in my own personal care at 9 Round, I make it happen!!! Every workout is different and you will not repeat stations, there is always a new challenge!
