Fantastic experience: I've only been a member for a couple of weeks now but am very impressed. You feel welcome from the first moment you enter the gym. Workouts are challenging and the trainers are there to both instruct and motivate you every step of the way. 9Rounds is an incredibly positive and encouraging experience.

Doing 9 rounds is really fun.. crazy workout. My favourite is round 6 station the pad drill. It really help me in to control my anxiety and frustration. So I love doing 9 rounds .. Fantastic experience: All the staff are nice, they have a good booking system and make sure the gym is clean. Great coaches, great gym vibes, great workout. Love it!

Fantastic experience: I was up and running (literally) within 5 minutes of walking in. I went from 0 activity to 30 minutes of high intensity training, and the staff modified the exercises to fit my pace and level of activity. The staff here are wonderful and really encouraging. The one hour free parking really helps so you can pop in for 30 minutes and be out before your parking expires. The location is easily accessible from the downtown skywalk, and there's lots of street parking around the gym.

Fantastic experience: Immediate and straight-forward. The staff was professional and friendly. The equipment and environment is very clean. Definitely recommend for the fitness person on the run!

Fantastic experience: Love this studio. I have been to the Pembina location and Meadowood, but by far the Graham location is my favorite. Since I go to school downtown I take the bus its so convenient as it's in front of one of the major bus routes from all over the city. The studio is right there on the corner of Graham in Winnipeg square right beside Tim Hortons. The studio size is set up great and the trainers are highly motivating. The prices are not bad at all as the workouts change daily. I find it's a great way to end off my long day of sitting on my butt at school. I feel accomplished and motivated afterwards. Head home to start dinner and parent duties lol

Fantastic experience: The trainers are absolutely wonderful and amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave after an invigorating workout, you are completely supported. You are made to feel empowered and motivated every step of the way. Great atmosphere!

Positive experience: Me and my sister went here early on a Monday morning, so the gym was almost empty (one to two other people). Our trainer was was awesome. He got us signed us and guided us through the rounds. He was great at giving us tips on technique without making me feel stupid. Super helpful and enthusiastic guy! The workout was super dynamic and you could work at your own pace. I got an amazing workout in just 30 minutes. One of the only downsides is the price, which is totally worth it (its just not something i can afford). They also don't have a drop in rate or like a 10 workout pack, so it is all monthly or annual. This sucks for those who can't make it there regularly. I would highly recommend 9Round to anyone who wants a workout they will do more than three times a week.
