Fantastic experience: Been to a few facilities around, friendliest staff and best atmosphere.

Negative experience: Called and spoke with a staff member to cancel membership as Covid became a thing last year. Was told I was good to go and wished well- only to see payments resume and I’ve been charged for last 6 months. Called to rectify and was told I need to give them another 30 days notice, make another payment and no credit or any attempt to right the problem that was made by their staff member last year. I didn’t even ask for my money back from the 6 months of payments they snuck, just didn’t want them to take more money and suggested a credit for when covid is over and I come back. But they are proceeding to take another month and aren’t willing to do anything. It’s not how you fall but how you get back up. It would have been really easy to make me happy and make sure I came back when this is all over.. but you were too short sighted.

Negative experience: I moved out of town. Cancelled my membership and they have continued to charge me for the last 7 months (minus a couple because of covid). I’ve contacted them and they said that I never cancelled but I know 100% I did. They said they would cancel it now & I still got charged this month. No one emails back. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in West Kelowna by far!

Fantastic experience: Before I became a member of the front desk staff I had always thought the staff where amazing, super nice and actually cared about there members at the gym (and I still do think that) That is the reason why I actually joined the gym in the first place. Lots of well maintained equipment, very clean and just an all around great gym.

Fantastic experience: I went to a lot of gym in my life , but this one gives overall everything , not just a separate areas for woman, but the best classes, great coaches, wonderfull staff, modern and clean change room and bathrooms.

Fantastic experience: a clean, bright gym with a great atmosphere.

Negative experience: The training staff are rude. The layout is poor. The main area for stretching and exercises is always blocked off for one person to do “personal training”. When I addressed this with management they indicated this could not be changed. When I indicated this would cause me to have to look elsewhere they took that as resignation from the facility instead of caring to keep a client. Poor all around.

Fantastic experience: Owner really takes care of the place, the preacher curl machine padding is somewhat damaged and they got it replaced, I'm very impressed.

Positive experience: Good overall gym. Clean not overly crowded. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of the whey isolate wasn't really an isolate for the protein shake.

Fantastic experience: So I don't live in Kelowna anymore, but when I did - this is the only place I go. I love that they have a female friendly area, and honestly the staff are the best. The front staff never have that typically "Kelowna gym" snarkiness, and are always smiling/inviting. And the classes that I have gone to have been amazing. Its my West Kelowna fitness centre.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, from the front end, to staff, to managers they are all so considerate and friendly. No contracts means you get to enjoy a spacious gym without having to worry about life happening, and paying a cancellation fee. Could use a couple more squat racks, but overall they are usually open anyways.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I live in kelowna across the bridge and drive over almost every time that I want to get in a work out. Super friendly staff, makes you feel comfortable and always is very clean in there. I find with other gyms I was always waiting to use equipment, and at gravity they have a LOT of equipment in different areas so you never need to wait. ALSO im very self conscious of working out around super fit men and they have an upstairs section for woman so its awesome to be able to get your sweat on! Definitely recommend checking it out!
