Fantastic experience: This is probably one of the best outfitted gyms I have ever been to. Equipment is in great shape and clean. Lots of space to work out in and equipment to use. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Prices were fair and lowest in the city compared to other gyms that I checked out. They also carry some really great energy snacks and protein powders. Great place to work out in. Just to update...they rearranged the space. I find it more open and designed much better. Still the best place to work out in West Kelowna.

Positive experience: Good : The best equipment I’ve ever used! They have things most gyms don’t! If you have an online coach and they make your program this gym makes it easy to follow because they have everything. Just the best machines by far. (24 hr access is really nice). Bad: Things take a while to fix, especially the flooring around the leg press that’s been messed up for 6+ months (since my last workout still not fixed). Ugly: Contracts. I sign up for a membership… they email me a copy of my contract and it says the wrong price and term. Instead of 3 months it said 1 month paid in full. THEN I decide to upgrade to a year and I sign a new contract… some how they never sent me that contract and have lost it. Then I called the finance company and they told me the contract they have on file is canceled. THEN the worst part was they moved my payments without my permission. I think they should really improve on this part of their business. Overall : Really nice facility ???? but the headache over double checking bank statements is ????.

Fantastic experience: Leaders making a stand be proud. Sad to see the sheeple posting 1 stars because they think the vaccine makes them safe. Well guess what it doesn't, look at the stats of new cases, active cases and hospitalizations all primarily people with 1 shot, 2 shots or the third shot. But hey vaccinations are supposed to not make you hospitalized. All who posted 1 star for this business you should really be ashamed of yourselves for believing everything the government tells you. Fantastic experience: Anyone who lives their lives with fitness in mind understands their fight. The real health crisis is the people who willingly abuse their own health then blame others when they get sick. If everyone was metabolically healthy this would have never been a pandemic.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful gym with owners who are full of passion who care about the community. They give west kelowna a facility with a positive and supportive vibe. They put their members needs and concerns above their own. They have up to date and a wide variety of equipment, also a very clean gym honestly cleaner then my local grocery store.

The owners and staff members have put a lot of thought, effort and care into equipment/machine selection and the design of the gym. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere is a safe, interactive community that promotes healthy choice through active living. Owners/Staff are there to listen and support and go above and beyond to meet the need of members!

There is no spot where someone isn’t unwelcome! The gym is clean, and a positive environment to be in! All shapes and sizes are at this gym and I love that!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 6 weeks and there's been a lot of great updates! It's never too busy when I'm there, it's clean and the staff have been fantastic. Members have been really good about always wearing masks too - I always feel safe. The new turf looks sweet and I can't wait for all the new equipment to arrive.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! The energy is through the roof, and the staff are the most welcoming staff i’ve ever witnessed in any gym ever, the music is awesome. There’s equipment for any type of training you could ever imagine and it truly feels like a home. Already can’t wait to come back to this gym!!!

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym too I have been in Canada. Besides the amazing quality of the equipment, the turf and the cool atmosphere. What really sets it out is the staff. You are greeted by some amazing people at the front desk and the energy in there is so amazing. Every member has been awesome. Plus the owners of the gym are outstanding. I have worked in many gyms for the last 12 years and the owners for this gym stand out in terms of quality of service and you can really they tell they care about the members. I can't wait to visit kelowna again solely just for iron energy
