Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Montreal! They offer a mix of classes and personal training. They took care of me when I had to rehab my hip after a major labrum tear surgery in 2018. Oz and Don are the 2 partners who own the gym and they’re the nicest owners I’ve ever met. This gym specializes in functional training and strength training. They also have parking available both in front and in the back of the gym which is very convenient. Corexcellence also has their own facility in house where you can get Osteotherapy or massage therapy to help with your recovery - ask for Ora or Mike. I highly recommend training here whether you are a beginner or an athlete.

Fantastic experience: Athletic therapist, Eric, is patient, asks the right questions, has extensive knowledge and experience in treating athletic injuries, and is a miracle worker. He reads his patients/clients well and adjusts treatment to address any imbalances and deficiencies his learned eye sees. In addition, providing athletic development exercises to help prevent future injuries. I cannot recommend him enough. Top notch.

The trainers always keep up their knowledge up-to-date. The clinic has unbelievable professional (osteo/physio/athletic therapists) who can assess you on the go. Fantastic experience: In January 2021, I dislocated my shoulder and was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. I was referred to Ora for physio on my shoulder. After several sessions with Ora and lots of home stretching, I was able to relieve the day to day pain. Ora suggested I start training and build back muscle mass to help my shoulder stay strong. I have always been hesitant to work out, I don’t know the proper form and I’m afraid of causing more damage. The CoreX fam has alleviated this fear! Although I train with Kayla, all trainers/specialists are watching and making sure that everyone in the gym is executing the right form. This has given me a level of comfort that always me to keep training! Kayla is also a nutritional couch and has helped me improve my eating habits. The CoreX team is highly motivating with a strong focus on accountability.

Fantastic experience: The workout is both invigorating and gruelling. Melvin Kenny who I train with has pushed me to new levels that I didn’t think were even possible. Over the last six months between the combination of exercise and diet I’ve lost 26 lbs. I’ve worked out at a number of different gyms over the years and CoreXcellence is without question is the best one I’ve ever worked out at. I’d highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: After having felt stuck for years with a shoulder injury, neck injury, and frequent migraines, a friend recommended visiting CoreXcellence. Within the first few weeks, I quickly learned that I had the power to take control of my mental and physical well-being. Through the help of Training with Kayla and getting Treatments with Ora, I have regained full range of motion in my shoulder, improved my confidence, and, more importantly, was able to ski and rock-climb again. With the Nutritional guidance from Kayla, I reduced my migraines, improved my quality of sleep, improved my training intensity, and reduced any dizzy spells. The holistic approach helped me to understand my triggers and habits better. Once I understood, Kayla helped empower me to take action, and I have drastically improved my quality of life.
