Fantastic experience: We hosted my son’s birthday here a week ago and the kids had a blast! The instructors were great, very interactive. Something to note when planning your guest list is the upstairs area is a bit small/tight. Overall we were super happy, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Hosting our daughter's birthday party at Freeze Athletics was an absolute delight! The instructors were fantastic, guiding the kids through a fun-filled hour of gymnastics. The facility was clean, safe, and perfect for a birthday celebration. Everyone had a blast, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for any child's special day!

Fantastic experience: We had our daughters 4th birthday! It was great! The instructor was kind and fun. The kids were engaged and busy for the whole hour and there is a nice area to have cake afterwards (for parents who choose to stay to watch the kids/mingle)

Fantastic experience: Why I love Freeze Fitness: You are not just a number. Sabrina and the other coaches take the time to get to know you and help you achieve personal goals, and just simply care about you as a person. The community of women are incredibly supportive, and I can honestly say I have the best group of friends in Kamloops purely because of where I chose to work out. Classes are challenging but fun and you know you've gotten a good workout!!

Fantastic experience: We had our daughter's birthday party here and 18 kids came ranging from ages 3 to 9. The instructors were so amazing with the kids!! They had everything in complete control, with fun games and obstacle courses, the kids had so much fun and had a great workout too! The instructors were so helpful during the pizza and cake time too, helping to make sure all the kids had their food and bevs and enough seating. We were very impressed with their work. My girl had the greatest day!! Thank you Freeze!!

Fantastic experience: Was here for a 4 year old's birthday party. Staff/Coaches were very patient and kind with the children. The games and obstacles were fun and developmentally appropriate for the age group/attention span/ ability of the children. The coaches were helpful and taught the kids how to do somersaults. They were encouraging without pushing them over their comfort zones. The facility was clean and neat, the staff vacuumed and cleaned after our session. There was space for the kids to have cake and for the parents to observe. Would definitely come back, would book a party here in the future. Because of our experience today I would enroll my 4 year old in a tumbling program here, he really enjoyed himself

Fantastic experience: My daughter attends Freeze Athletics and has since she was about 3 years old, she’s now 6. Cannot say enough amazing things and she loves and looks forward to going every week. I recently had her birthday party there as well and received texts from all the parents after letting me know how much fun the kids had.

Fantastic experience: My daughter just had her birthday party here and it was amazing. Her and her friends loved the activities and I loved the low stress planning and organizing! It was so great, we’ve already planned to do her party here again next year!!

Fantastic experience: We recently had my daughter’s 6th birthday party at Freeze and she had a blast! We had one hour of fun and games then 45 minutes to have lunch, cake and presents. The staff were so kind and fun! Thank you for such a fun and stress free event! Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I had my daughters 2nd birthday there with 9 friends and they all had a blast. They ran around the gym and used all the equipment for the hour ! The only thing is it’s hard setting up in 15 minutes, especially if there is a party before ! Otherwise it was great !

Fantastic experience: We had our daughters sixth birthday at Freeze Athletics. What a great venue! We had an hour and forty-five minutes. The first hour was the girls getting a fun gymnastics/cheer lesson. Lots laughter and running and jumping. After the fun we had the mezzanine already set up for a quick snack, cake, and presents and out the door. The woman were great with the kids and organized. We highly recommend. We booked about eight weeks in advance FYI.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place, super fun environment! My sister goes to tumbling here and she absolutely loves it! She comes home each week with a new trick.

Fantastic experience: We had our sons 4th birthday at freeze athletics and it was a success! There was 11 kids between the ages of 3-5 and they had a blast, and were nice and sweaty by the end of it. Would definitely recommend having your kids party here:)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to freeze athletics for about 5 months and it is such a fun and comfortable environment. I always get a fantastic workout and Sabrina is a caring, fun, and knowledgeable coach. Freeze fitness isnt just a workout it's a community.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member with Sabrina since October 2019 and made the move to Freeze Athletics with her! I absolutely love the facility the bouncy floors are forgiving and easy on my body when I jump, lunge, lift and move! As amazing as the facility is the community is what keeps me coming back - the group of like minded women I've discovered at Freeze are second to none. You will feel encouraged, supported and unstoppable when you workout with these ladies! Yet another bonus is the incredible variety of classes from kickboxing to Strong to step to strength circuits and personal training sessions. Sabrina also offers fun themed activities like Army bootcamp and Zumba party in pink! I've also gone hiking with these ladies as the community absolutely extends beyond the facility and the classes. As a mom of two young kids I am SO grateful that children are welcome at workouts. My daughter Sloane (4) has been my sidekick since I started - her favourite part of class is getting to give Sabrina a big hug when she sees her! My son Grant (7) has also tagged along with us a few times when not in school. I have never felt that having my kids with me is an issue - in fact I'm so grateful for the opportunity for them to see me and other women putting our health first. It has been especially meaningful to me to expose my daughter to all these strong, empowering women. Last, but certainly not least - I enrolled Sloane in tumbling with Freeze in September and she can't get enough. Her favourite day is Tuesday when she gets to tumble with Coach Dayle! And BONUS for me is Sloane does her class at the same time I train ... so needless to say Tuesday has definitely become our favourite day of the week! As a trainer Sabrina is inspiring, supportive and just an all around AMAZING human being - that I feel blessed to call my friend. If you're looking for a new fitness facility trust me THIS IS IT! Fantastic experience: Both my daughter and I participate in Freeze Athletics' programming and it is fantastic! Sabrina Sinclair heads up the fitness program and the classes are very engaging and for all levels. It is a very fun and positive atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: I have been attended classes with Sabrina Sinclair for 7 years The space at Freeze is wonderful. I love working out on the Gymnastics floor. They have a variety of classes, Kickboxing, Strength, Strong by Zumba, Step and Cardio. I love the variety of classes that are offered. The warrior community is my home away from home. Supportive caring women.

Fantastic experience: I love the fitness classes at Freeze Athletics! There's a big variety of class types and times. Each class is approachable for a beginner looking to learn the basics, or someone experienced looking for a challenge! Kickboxing classes are my favourite :) Sabrina is a fantastic leader and role model, reminding everyone that working out should be fun first. When combined with the positive atmosphere of the cheer/tumbling side, there's something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: We had a birthday party for 8 year old girls. I was impressed on how active they kept the kids. Also how clean the place was and the cleaning that took place after we were done, very happy and impressed. Highly recommend a party or sending your kids to this facility.

Fantastic experience: Did a joint birthday party for my 2 girls with their friends and they had a blast! No boring time for the kids and the parents had fun watching the kids from the viewing deck. Aly and the team did a great job and they even facilitated the opening of the gifts to make it more fun! One of the parents even thanked me for organizing this and some of them are thinking of holding their kid's birthday party here as well. Well done Freeze Athletics Team! Fantastic experience: Awesome fitness activities for adults and children Freeze Fitness offers adult fitness programming-Strong, Kickboxing, Step, just to name a few. Lots of options for class types and times. Some morning classes allow a parent to work out while child attends Freeze Athletics classes as well.

Fantastic experience: Excellent venue for our 6 year olds birthday party. The ladies who run Freeze accommodated us on short notice. Their COVID policies and cleaning where fabulous and we all felt very safe, cared for and comfortable. The instructor kept all 10 kids GOING for an hour straight!! And they take care of all the cleaning up once you've packed everyone up from their loft party space. My daughter exclaimed as I tucked her into bed last night, "best birthday EVER". Can not recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: Held a birthday party for our 5 year daughter and twin 3 year old boys. We had kids from 3 to 12 years old and they all had a great time. The staff went out of their way to ensure all the kids felt included and comfortable. Tons of space upstairs for cake, presents and games afterwards. This was the most affordable and fun party especially for a large group of kids!

Fantastic experience: What a great and understanding organization! My daughter thought she really wanted to join, however she decided that it just wasnt for her after the first class. The staff at this company was so amazing and understanding, they offered many options to us, one of them being a refund of our payment, no questions asked! What a relief! Thanks again Freeze athletics for such amazing service. I recommend this organization 100%!
